Please tell the truth. We all know the official EU position on these matters. Nigeria should stop gallivanting about, signing dubious treaties. There is no such thing as a free lunch. He who pays the piper calls the tune. Return the $150bn now! 1 Corinthians 15:33 “Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.”King James Version (KJV)

LGTBQ rights are not contained in the Samoa Agreement? I see. Maybe water no longer contained oxygen? Please take your time to know the definition of human rights under EU perspectives and whether or not LGBTQ is part of human and sexual rights in EU countries. Then, when you know that the government has signed to promote these rights, the smart question is then how does government intend to promote these rights? The Executive can easily promote LGBTQ in Nigeria without domesticating the Samoa Agreement. I think some people want to be smart here. Does the Agreement contained Soverign Rights Clause? Were there reservations raised by the Government at the Clauses before signing them? What is the reserved Court or venue for interpretation of the agreement in case of dispute?
