I agree with you. I think this is Ringo’s best song.
Happy 81st Birthday Sir Ringo. Much love to you 🎉💕🌹💕🎉
Wonderful fresh never gets old.
Ringo. Great album❤❤❤❤❤
Ringo isn't given enough credit for his drumming, song writing, or singing. Consider who he had to live up to. In another group he would have been a star. His quirkiness has always appealed to me. Rock on Ringo.

he was & is, just look at all the professional drummers that say he is the best
At the end of the day, one of the most beautiful songs from the 70's. The decade of beautiful songs.
Definitely, Ringo's best song, written by his best buddy George.
So Glad You Got To & Enjoyed My Suggestion.
This song was 1973 - the greatest year for rock albums. Written by Ringo and George. You can hear George singing backing vocals and his guitaring is all over it.
Ringo is performing the song at George's Memorial Concert. He's obviously aiming it at his loss of his best friend George in this video.

That's what Ringo looks like today! He danced around the stage for hrs at his age. I have seen him twice. I love Ringo!!
I can still remember playing the 45 of this song on my little record player, and singing along as a child.
Happy Birthday Ringo. 81!
I just love this song. First heard it as a 12 year old kid in 1974!
Ringo's writing and singing have grown and improved over the years.
He's a Beatle. That's all I need. Love Ringo ✌🌻🌻
I swear all of the Beatles were playing on that song 'Photograph'.
Big hit for Ringo. Went to #1 in 1973.. Takes me back in time..l remember buying the record. I bought an excellent book 'Photograph' by Ringo a few years ago..a collection of photos taken by Ringo over the years. ♥️🎼🎶🎵🇨🇦🇨🇦
A lot of people just think of Ringo as a drummer but he can sing too! What a great song; beautiful ❤
George actually helped out a bit on writing with Ringo. When they gave The Concert for George, he said ...the meaning has changed. I loved George and George loved me". Great song. Ringo would be the first to admit he's not the best singer but he sure is better than most people give him credit. "You're Sixteen" is a fun Ringo song!
A great vocal by Ringo…. And 100% spot on…. Written by George Harrison….. and featuring on Ringo’s best LP Ringo (1973).
Ringo belongs to the music world.
That's George's son Dhani playing acoustic guitar next to Ringo. The Beatles go on and on
George and Ringo wrote this song together. Beautiful song!
I love this song and have since it came out when I was in eighth grade! Ringo is still my favorite Beatle!
Every song from the album "Ringo" is worth listening to
Wish more people would recognize the talent in this song. Isn't it why we all hang pictures on the wall-- home and office and in your wallet.
Sorry for your loss/losses it's been a tough time for everyone and thank you for all of your hard work. If a Ringo show ever comes within a hundred miles from where you are GO! You will have a great time.
George wrote a song of remembrance for John after he was killed called "All Those Years Ago". Well worth a listen. Thanks Harri.

Yes, so beautiful. Elton John's Empty Garden is also for John and just as poignant.
There is nothing more to be said. That is a beautiful song.
Ringo Starr is the most underrated Beatle . Great swag and style. They didn't mic his drums enough . Definition of growing older gratefully. Still married to Bond girl, Barbara Bach.
LOVE this tune!!!!
Ringo Starr and the All Star band is on my bucket list
I think it was co-written by Ringo lyrics/George music ☯️✌Peace & love
That's George Harrison's son playing acoustic guitar at the memorial concert for George. That whole concert is worth a watch.
RINGO was such an amazing drummer, no body better on the drums
Ringo wrote this song with George. So beautiful.
An absolutely lush melody and perfectly suited for full orchestra and back up choir...
My favorite post-breackup song by any of the Fab Four.
I am so in awe of performers not busting out in tears when the songs or the memories are so sad. I totally would not be able to sing an upbeat song to a dead friend. I would not be able to endure the sadness. Peace.
I was 15 when this song debuted. I still enjoy it. I hope this and the next generation does as well.
I think 1973-74. I had the album. Still love the song.
Lost my only sibling, my younger brother last year, can't get through this song anymore.
This was my favorite song from Ringo’s first solo album. I love it. Such good memories!! ✌️

Dhani Harrison.
Harri. Check out Ringo's version of 'You're Sixteen'. It's great! Photograph was written by George and Ringo and produced by George on Apple Records. George plays guitar on this and on It Don't Come Easy.
Six O'Clock , written by Paul for the Ringo LP is also great song .
Released 24 September 1973 Genre Rock, pop Length 4:00 Label Apple Songwriter(s) Richard Starkey, George Harrison Producer(s) Richard Perry
I think on The Beatles first tour of the USA, in 1963, they were given Pentax film cameras. Probably K1000s or Spotmatics. Could have been their second tour.
The Magic Christian stars Ringo Starr. Good movie! It has good music in it.
This song is a deep memory of my father who passed in 2008. I used to work for him in my early twenties and one of my most vivid memories is him driving me home through the city of Calgary in the dark during a snow storm, with the downtown city lit up all ghostly through the blizzard and this song came on as we were crossing over the Bow River Bridge. Love this song. Sorry for the loss of your father. And sorry to RR for the loss of Snuggles. Thank you.
ringo's version of "you're sixteen, you're beautiful, and you're mine" is another great song!
This is my very favorite Ringo song.
George is the one harmonizing with Ringo here, beautifly done!
I loved this song most of my life , one of my favorites, beautiful
I was 10 when this masterpiece came out. Over the decades my taste in music has changed, but in each of the last 50 years this song was always in my top 5. I can easily say this song is my favorite song of all. It's literally perfect. It's not a wall of sound, but a wall of songs. I can't make out the number of instruments (sax, acoustic guitar, drums, piano, violin, castanets, bells?), and the lyrics are incredible. The violin at the end gets me every time.
He was mourning the Beatles breakup. He loved that time in his life and this was his tribute and missing what could have been.
Just to say Ringo is not an ex Beatle He is a Beatle forever 🙏
Ringo Starr - The No No Song
He wrote it together with George! it's such a beautiful song!
'Photograph' reached #1 in America and #8 here in the UK in 1973. So sorry to hear of your sad losses in the last months.
You really should watch the concert for George, 2002 This is from the concert co written by George and Ringo. Can you not hear Georges influence and imagine his voice
George produced Ringo as well and was the main song writer.

Richard Perry was the producer. But George sings and plays on it.
Ringo said that he knew Photograph was going to be a hit, even when they first wrote it on acoustic guitars. He was right. Sincere condolences on the loss of your father Hari, May he rest in peace. I am sure he is looking down with pride at what you are accomplishing with your reaction channel. Closing in on 50K subs is quite a feat. Regards, RNB
Ringo often had a camera handy and took lots of photos back in their crazy Beatlemania days. This song was written by Ringo and George Harrison.
Written by Ringo and George Harrison, produced by George. Ringo himself had said that he would write a few lines and get stuck. This is where George would help to finish it. You can hear George’s little signature touches here and there in all of Ringo’s songs even going back to the Beatles days even though George did not claim credit for most of the songs.
"It Don't Come Easy" & "Photograph" were both written by George Harrison specifically for Ringo George also sang harmony on both recorded version of those songs ~ George wrote a majority of Ringo's solo records
Awesome song
God bless, and I will keep your loved ones in my prayers...
George was very involved with Ringo in both songs. The 3 were worried about Ringo upon the breakup. He wasn’t really a writer so George really stepped up. You can here his guitar sound especially on it don’t come easy. The opening riff is unmistakable as George.
Another George Harrison-Ringo Starr collaboration, with Harrison writing the music and playing the chiming guitars. This became an instant hit and among the biggest of Ringo's many early -to-mid seventies string of hit records.

Possibly the best of all the post Beatles songs. Certainly in the top 3 or 4.
The guy standing beside Ringo in the white shirt is George Harrison's son, beautiful song, loved and sang it all my life
George wrote some lush, gorgeous songs for his friend Ringo.
RINGO STARR "THE NO NO SONG"
This song was written for a well known singer here called Cilla Black. Ringo was on a boat with Cilla and the front man of a band called T.Rex Marc Bolan. Ringo told Cilla he had this song for her. Whilst waiting for the finnished product he told Cilla that he changed his mind and will record it himself. Maybe cus his dog died. To be fair it is Cilla Blacks kind of song. He had a top 10 hit with it and i bought it. Reached number 7 i think. Well done Ringo
❤❤❤❤❤ Have always loved this song !!!
John said ringo would be a star with out the Beatles.
I think this is my favorite that Ringo songs, and using it as a tribute to George makes it even more special. Give George’s “All Those Years Ago” and “When We Was Fab” for some other great tributes to other Beatles.
The Beatles were put through the entertainment ringer and because of that they had a bond like no other band.
Music by George, I would think. They say the same is true of It Don't Come Easy and Back Off Boogaloo. That last one has perhaps Harrison's best guitar work. Worth a listen.
R.I.H To all the loved ones we have loss. ❤️
the song was written by George Harrison for Ringo for his 1973 album, George plays 12-string guitar and backing vocals
I think Ringo was very underrated! I had this album back jn the day and loved it!

The album was great! It was the Beatles with Ringo singing.
This song brings back many happy memories as a child. Love it and always will.
And finally, in the tribute video where Ringo sings this song for the passing of his closest friend in the Beatles, George, that’s Eric Clapton (!) to Ringo’s left, and Dhani Harrison, George’s son, playing guitar in the background. He’s a spitting image of his father!
Condolences to requester of this song. Loss of a dog is devastating.
another George song for Ringo. Helped Ringo with it at least
The black & white photo at 9:48 shows Ringo with three people he lost: George, his first wife Maureen (with whom he’d remained friends), and Beatles manager Brian Epstein.

AND Marueen was the mother of all Ringo's children; ZAK, JASON and daughter LEE. ZAK is the drummer for THE WHO.
This was written by Ringo Starr and George Harrison. George and John Lennon both wrote songs for Ringo after the Beatles split up. The three of them also played on each other's songs.
Yeh, great song by Ringo and George. Peace be with you Harri .
The production value of this song is off the charts, and could easily stand alone as an instrumental. Crank it up with headphones and that wonderful "wall of sound" encompasses you in all it's splendor and clarity. Truly brilliant.
George wrote photograph. You hear him in the background singing. It is HIS song. He wrote some of the very best songs coming out of all the beatles. This one is very good
RIP to your Dad Harri and all who lost loved ones. Beautiful dedication
George Harrison's finger prints are all of this song. One of the better songs from Ringo for sure.
I have a book Ringo wrote called "Postcards from the Boys" wherever the others went on vacation they sent postcards to Ringo. They all of course sent goofy Cards but mostly with loving communications. It's well worth having. I recommend it to Beatles fans...I being one.
To me this song has gotten better with age. More meaningful to me now than 1973.
A photograph is a private time machine for those who have a personal tie. The first time I realized that was when I heard Corbin and Hanner sing "Scooter, Michael, Danny and Me" from their album "Black and White Photograph" and it fit my experiences so perfectly.
In the concert footage, Eric Clapton is to Ringo's left, and George Harrison's son is in between, playing rhythm guitar.

Ringo did a really fun song called Back Off Boogaloo. You should give it a listen. I'm enjoying your reactions, Harri.
A number one song in 1974
