Mr Maceman Rik Brown attended the Mr Olympia show at the Las Vegas Convention Center and came across the World Arm Wrestling Leagues booth. Sitting there was a 60lb homemade mace/club made from steel and duct tape. Of course he had to give it a swing!

    That is so inspiring. Yes, i too am Viking Strong & Resilient. "You ARE as old as your doubts, and as YOUNG as your dreams" I feel, without good information and knowledge, it doesn't matter what kind or how much exercise one does, if incorrectly performed without thinking?
