Here is a tutorial on 4 basic Bulgarian Bag Exercises we use in our "Groundwork" program.
1. Spin (:15)
2. Clean (12:10)
3. Snatch (16:10)
4. Arm Throw (21:03)

You can also use a 4 year old in place of the bag. It also keeps them entertained and out of trouble.

This is a fantastic instructional video! Probably the best I've seen. I wish you had one for the Suples Ball. I just got a 9 pounder but think I should start with a Bulgarian Bag. Have you tried the Suples Ball?
