    I have really enjoyed watching this video tutorial. Great job and respect. I am Bulgarian , martial arts and combat sports coach and I know Ivan Ivanov- the founder of Bulgarian bag (Suples ) He is amazing coach and person and actually he developed this bag in USA. One of the best tools for improving sport performance indeed . Respect! I wish you all the best !

    И защо се случва така, че Иван Иванов иска творението да се свързва с България, а Магдалена Нита казва - "Не, той даже в Америка го направи"?

    Found this video after purchasing a Bulgarian bag. Waiting for it to come in! Good advice, can't wait to do some workouts. The Suples people were very helpful, I wasn't sure what size bag to get. I sent them some info about my weight/height, and workouts. They gave me a personal phone call literally the next morning and we talked a little, and ended up getting the 26 lb bag!

    just received the recommendation 22lbs. original model w/c is the one on the video. I'm not on martial arts or any contact sports. I find the Bulgarian bag as a better endurance or conditioning workout for the body .

    I just received a 40lbs one as a gift but despite me being a big guy who lifts free weights quasi-frequently, I think I should switch to a 25lber for now! Those spins are pretty difficult exercises!

    What’s are the best practices for filling a Bulgarian bag? Do you simply just fill it with sand? Or do you use sand weights?

  • @Atkrdu

    keep your shoulders engaged and everything should be fine as long your limbs dont get jolted and pulled abruptly just like with steel maces and kettlebels follow the swing

    Whats your opinion regarding comparing sand bag vs Bulgarian training bag?

  • @taysb08

    @taysb08

    choccows Bulgarian is much more functional. With the Bulgarian you can do all of the awesome movements that you can with a sandbag. But it’s design allows you to do more.

  • @uaclosedaccount1455

    @@taysb08 perfectly put. you can do every sandbag exercise with a Bbag plus more. You cannot do every Bbag exercise with a sandbag. Bbag has more options and now they have them up to 84lbs!
