@@SevenFortyOne I posted this video over on Dennis's site so you're even LOL....
I expect this mower will last several seasons with decent care. kzread.infoUgkx1VWTrayKBdCKAjzAcZ_Eg4dhHTae3LkN also recommend Also, I ran across the problem with it not starting the 2nd time I used it. There is a safety switch which is pushed in by the chute or mulching piece being attached to the deck. I took the cover off and it wouldn't start. Put it back on, no problem. It takes only a minute with 2 easily accessible wingnuts and no tools. This mower starts up first crank each time and it is a joy to use. It also mows in reverse by putting the key to the reverse area after starting and pushing in the triangular button. It will stay in reverse mode until you turn it off. All in all, for my homeowner needs, I really like this mower-and at 70 bucks a cut here in Miami, it's already more than 1/3 paid for itself in a month.
Excellent video! I was helping a friend put his deck back on and this was just what I needed. Thanks
Very informative without a lot of unnecessary stuff. Really Nice.

Thanks 😊 very helpful video. This is my second season with my Husqvarna TS 146XD. It came with the mower deck installed. I removed it and installed a front blade for winter. I wasn't sure 😕 I could put that deck back on....so thank you very much for taking the time and effort to make a video and post it.

Thanks for this video. No doubt I'll need to do it again when I replace my blades (very soon). This video was very handy and easy to follow. The whole process was a lot easier than I thought it would be. Thanks again. 🙏👍🙏
Thank you so much for your instructional video. I have a zero radius and really believe your instructions are going to help me take it spare and put it back!!!😜
Thanks, just in time for Spring!
Normally I don’t comment but I will say thank you very helpful
Appreciate the reassembly help
Very helpful and nicely done. Thank you!
awesome video. Thank you for posting this.
Thanks for the awesome video! This helped me change out my rusty deck with a good one 😀
I have a LGT48DXL and I venture to say the processes your showing on yours will work for me as well. Thanks.
Thanks, sorry was looking for a clutch didn't know that model didn't need one nice informative vid

You didn't replace the anti sway bar in the back. I am having trouble keeping it on my deck and you didn't even put it on.

What? I put everything on that came off. Do you have a different mower?
Thank you.
I had one of my deck hangers break off, looked at your deck just to see what it was. 4-5 years old. My last mower lasted 20+ years.

Thx bro.....
Thanks sir

Same exact thing happened to my mower, those parts broke off and had to have those parts welded on as well!

I hate this robotic welding system!!!!!!!!! The welds aren't as wide and as hot as they should be.
Thank you. Definitely will help me.
thanks for posting this, it was super helpful. what about the clutch cable though? i got the deck on but my mower deck won’t engage. it’s a manual clutch. i have a 1942 model, but basically everything was the same as your video
I've accidently hit a pile of soil with probably one of the blades. It doesn't show on it but I sense a slight vibration now as I engage the blades. Should I remove the deck and inspect? Which parts of the deck should I inspect? Is it normal that one of the blades, while the mower is turned of is more difficult to turn than the other?

You may have damaged one of the pulley assemblies. Take the deck and belts off and check for damage to them. Also check to make sure you didn't bend your blade
we have the same mower and we have issues with deck height adjustment, at its highest setting it still is scalping our yard, any videos on adjusting the height ?
Does your left front wheel ever binds/rubs when turning on the deck edge? Thanks

Hard to say without seeing it myself. There are usually adjustments but yours might be hooked up wrong if it's off more than an inch. Sorry I can't help more
@saahilshah9455

@@SevenFortyOne it wasnt hooked up wrong i think it possibly a couple of things on the ground like the root or someting.. and hence it got lop sided.
I need to adjust the mower blade height. Because even when I have it on 6 its still cutting too low, could you show me how to fix the height adjustment please

Adjustment bolts/nuts are on backside 2 braces
I wonder what the difference is between your 2246LS and my YTH22v46. You deck has 5 wheels when mine has one on each end rear. You have one at each corner and one in the middle front where the front hanger goes. Maybe my front middle wheel is missing but I don't see a purpose unless it's to guide the deck over hard ledges like a concrete sidewalk or driveway.

Seems the welds of the bracket breaking is a common problem on the husqvarna.
Thanks, but how do you activate the blades, seems i didn't see that being connected, was it? Thumps-up

The belt drives the blades which are turned on and off through a control on the dashboard.

@@SevenFortyOne no switch that is connected to the deck or the blades The deck was put under and connected to the mower, where is it connected to the blades Is it done with Wi-Di, or is it hard wired?
@SevenFortyOne
2 жыл бұрын
The switch controls the drive pulley on the engine which drives the deck so no connection between the switch and deck is needed. Check the owners manual for your tractor for more info...
Good info Rob, isn't that the deck the dealer was way over priced on the repair?

@@SevenFortyOne Hi 741, did you take the blade breaks off the deck? Mine is in the way of the belt and it is eating it up because it is set too far out when engaged.

Take off your non adjustable hanger and replacement with an adjustable hanger your left side is coming up higher than your right side I don't know why Husqvarna couldn't put 2 adjustable hangers order yourself an adjustable hanger and your deck will appreciate you
What about the engagement cable 🥴
@Squad-pl7oo
Жыл бұрын
Robert he don't need a engagement cable he engage his blades electrically with his pto clutch pull to engage push to disengage
You shouldn't need the diagram. It's only 4 pulleys on that deck. That makes belt routing pretty straight forward.
Nice video, but the video needed to be 21 seconds longer. Then it would be 7 minutes and 41 seconds long. 😂
