Rico is a 4 yo gelded male alpaca who is part of my herd of 3 alpacas. Each alpaca has been trained to load into my Ford Transit Connect Wagon. This was the first time I was able to take Rico to this Beach and he was excellent, displaying some nervousness with the observed stomping of his left rear leg.
He did quite well and I was surprised that he actually sampled sea weed with three different little nibbles!! It will be interesting to see if he eats more on his next visit.
