A great documentary..Blessings to Rickson, I know what it is like to lose a child having lost my daughter in 2017. The way back is through love but it is still a tough road. Rickson is a legend in the BJJ/MMA world but most of all, he's a man with a philosophy and spirit that he's attempted to pass on to many.

When I was a little Child my father ask Rickson for an autograph for me. I don't remember much things that day because I was really young, like 3 years old. But my father has good memories because Rickson treated him with so much respect, like a true man

I really love how humble Richson Gracie is and how in touch with his mind body and spirit. In the choke doco tournament the last fight his opponents eyes were pretty much closed an his team said " attack his face" but he didn't throw a punch that wasn't to set up a choke. Amazing skill an humility to focus on his ability rather than punish his oppt or hurt him more than nessesary....what a legend. I love how passionate and loving the Gracies are towards everyone especially their family....HUGE RESPECT!!!🙏🙏 Ps if a person attacks a weakness in a hurtful way, i believe they are fighting out of fear rather than discipline etc. He was a champ bc he flowed like water!

I loved his choke documentary I got a vhs copy of my own in 1996. What an inspiration! Everything about his outlook on life is martial artist…everything.

I know the man who taught yoga to Rickson personally. A true master who is highly spiritual and I admire Rickson on working hard on his mind and spirit through proper breathing to achieve meditation and spiritual elevation.

30:41 of the video is a must see and hear the most humam amd greatest i ever heard rickson speak about anythimg let alone rockson im 44 n trained with Renzo gracie when rockson died n even though i never got to meet him n in my entire life even ppl i were truly friends with i accepted their death at a young age n tjem at a young age buy rovkson n my biggesr love was gracie jiu jitsu i knew it was the only thimg i loved n was good at pfp at team JBA $1 3 yrs in a row at N.A.G.A. N ROCKSON was gonna take ricksons place in MMA n sport grappling n seminars n schools n hopefully i wouldnt have to drive tjrough connectivut to get to Renzo Academy thought rockson would open a school there but friends n parties n drugs can take anyome almost took me n rockson was tue only "celebrity' that i gave more than a second thought about after he passed on from this plane of existence/consciousness

I don't think khabib or any of the dagastani guys would be known if they fought open weight class in a pride fc ring n pride fc rules n pride fc judges, the father plan doesn't work n it's not father's plan we all had that plan around 2000 but had too much pride in our fighting to win like that n any surprise that khabib visited Japan home of pride fc n they talked about it then he out of nowhere changed his mind to not be in Islams corner for the first title defense for his brother Islam vs VOLK 1 wen Islam won by one point n spare me he head kicked him a man 6 inchrs shorter than him

武道の良いところは道場に行けばその選手と直接練習できるところだよな 年齢、性別、競技歴とか白帯から黒帯関係なく練習するところが柔術をはじめとした武道だね 柔道はオリンピック選手とかトップは無理だけどね みんな実業団で練習してるから
