Yes, there will be seasons where you’re comfortable, seasons where you’re enjoying favor and blessings, but God is not going to leave you in your comfort zone. You can’t reach new levels without being uncomfortable, without having to take risks, believe for things that seem unlikely. I’ve learned that the calling will disrupt your comfort. There will be strategic times in your life that God will call you up higher. He’ll call you to break the addiction. You were fine for a long time, but suddenly you know you have to do something. He’ll call you to make changes in your friends, He’ll call you to step out and start that ministry. He’ll call you to leave the familiar and go into the unknown. I lost a son to suicide as well. We he died I lost my faith as well. It's been almost 2 years and I still am NOT ok. I WANT to believe again but I'm so mad at God!!!

I recently found out that I lost my father today. We got along in a cordial manner, but were not on the best of terms. Yet the news of his passing is extremely hard for me to go through. One thing this made me realize is that life is too short for me not to use the gifts that God has given me. No longer will I make excuses for why I cannot spread the gospel. I have full faith that God will direct my path and in Him I find my courage to pursue His plan for me.

Pastor Rick just answered one of the questions I've asked myself recently and even brought it to my mom. Reading "The Purpose Driven Life" has impacted my life greatly. I thank God for this teaching from Pastor Rick. I just love him so much, thank you Jesus.

Pastor Rick Warren description of vision, brings to mind Jospeh. With contentment currently I am in a hole and witnessing His spirit lead me to a prison, a waiting cell. Behold He is doing a new thing in many of us. It's times for His Grace to complete the work He has started in many of us. Receive. Have you read Rick Warren purpose driven life book? I thought so too but reading it helped

When we turn to CHRIST we look to see what we must bring into our lives. We also need to look at what we need to LET GO OF.

This was very helpful. Very encouraging! I learned that compassion is doing something to stop someone else’s hurting. I’m in a season in my journey with Christ where I’m making the time to have those honest conversations intimately with the Holy Spirit as discussed in this teaching. Making progress!

God will have the last word and it will be good. Powerful word. I believe this

I'm hurting..nd don't know what to do it's multiple..nd I did the tell Jesus today what was happening n side what peace I need to end the turmoil..body has arthritis it doesn't matter to me they say osreo..my mind is n pain emotions r n pain..no counselor wants to touch my trauma..they keep me at bay with 3 months out to come start..I feel peace with this..I wasn't gonna go on this way..but Jesus sd hold on..so I did..n I have seen it took 4 mo to get out of pain to do this bedroom not able to take care of dishes..n watched my brother spend my mom money she saved up.n gave it to a friend that wanted brownie points with his wife so they could drink..nd now we pray for ma to come home..I found a torrent between me n Holy Spirit..have asked what is it..nd found more pain..does this run deep for a plan from God

I just find out that my mon actually never loved me instead she sacrificed me to money and this is the most painful truth and i feel like the fact that my husband knows that i have no one he took advantage of this and abused me. If looks like its just pain after pain and how do i come out of this. I have 5 children and married for 29 years. I just want the peace of God that surpasses all understanding to overtake my mind. I have the most beautiful children and very intelligent and purpose driven. I know its only by God's grace that i am that i am still standing. I know it's not by might or power, but by his spirit only ( God ) this book will help me a lot

I’m sorry you had to go through this! But let me tell you everyone has its own pain, I think it’s part of this life we have. And I know it hurts bad!! I learned to deal with my pain putting god first. I don’t need the love of my mom when god loved me first. Does it still hurt? Yes , but I can bear it and look forward. Also we have to forgive to heal.

I guess the truth really hurt badly i just didn't know that a mother could do this.... I am so much better.... I don't feel that pain any longer. I pray that the Lord replace it with his enfailing love for me.... I am his own and he loves me more than anything that's all that matters.... thank u so much.....
