I’m praying for you. You should find a church to attend so you can get consistent encouragement, prayer and an uplifting. God has not forgotten or ignored you. The devil wants to fight and create a war in your mind. Fight back with the scripture. Psalms 34:17-20 or Isaiah 41:10 are good to read aloud everyday. Jeremiah 29:11, say this one in the mirror and believe what you speak because it is the word of God. Much Love🙏

Hey brother- pick how you see the world. Plug your mind into things that brings you joy and you will be joyful. You Were an orphan. Now you're a husband and father so continue to immerse yourself in that honor. Don't replay your pain in your head. In my greatest opinion, we are all bound to have some pain. If your pain isn't in the past then, is it in the future? If it's not in the future then, is it in the past? If it's not in the past or future then, it maybe in the present because you are putting your mind on pain... Stay strong. You got this life.

My grandma has Alzheimer’s and doesn’t remember me. Walked her to church about a month or so ago and sat with her and me being me had her laughing the whole time. I’ll cherish that time forever

Heart was crushed I lost everything My brother My Mother My Husband My Aunt My uncle From 2002-2015 I lost the love I never had furniture and two children who’s living but not of me I don’t know when the pain will last I do feel it’s getting better I can breathe a lot more I can laugh again I can stand too be alone at first I couldn’t I can sit and feel the warmth of Jesus holding me I can sleep again I can look up and not down Yes! I was crushed to the depth of my soul Now I’m crushing too the life I thought was stole Lord had mercy on my heart from the start God does have a loving heart believe that even though the world is whack He has our back
