    The right play is the right play period. And the right play is to call the turn raise and reassess on the river. I won't go over the reasons but the right play is to call on the turn

    How many buy ins needed to play 1/3 or 2/5 pro? Monthly expenses total $1200, how big of a bankroll is needed?

  • @scottlarrabee9892

    @scottlarrabee9892

    3 жыл бұрын

    An adequate bankroll for 2-5 would be 40-50 buy ins. This will account for routine swings of the game. 20,000 dollars will be a healthy start. I mean, that’s a safe amount. You could technically start with 10-12 but that amount is going to be a gamble.

    In this case, they're fucking 7 buy-ins deep and the dude re-raised his turn bet (looks like a 2nd barrel) to 300 bb's, you do need to strongly reconsider re-raise shoving if you don't have the nuts.

  • @EGarrett01

    @EGarrett01

    5 жыл бұрын

    They're 7 buy-ins deep man. He only has to have the straight there 1/7th as often as in a normal 100bb game to beat you.

  • @EGarrett01

    @EGarrett01

    5 жыл бұрын

    You just fired a second huge bet into his face and he came back over the top for 3 buy-ins. He's only doing that with a lower set if he's a total idiot since he's only getting action from hands that beat him. Super-deep play is very different from 100BB play.

  • @EGarrett01

    @EGarrett01

    5 жыл бұрын

    Getting it in 7 big blinds deep over a re-raise to 300 bb with the non-nuts is a great way to go broke. You're a loser and I can tell.

    This is not a cooler. I don't know what is he expecting with that shove, salomon can have 48 combos of hands (T9, 45 and 95) that beat him. I can't imagine that Salomon is raising with hand other than straight, so even this is top set its only a bluff catcher.

    I really don't think Aaron was trying to get called by a worst hand, he probably just put Salomon on a 9 and decided to protect his hand, and he knows if he got called by a straight he would've had almost 25% and most likely ran twice like they did. Cooler I suppose.
