1988 I was 18 and FRICKIN loved this song. It's Jan 2021, at 50 and still FRICKIN love this song!!!

I was living in Taiwan in 1988 1989, and we used to listen to I.C.R.T ( International Community Radio Taipei. Which, by the way was a fantastic radio station because they played everything from Rick Astley, to BB King, to Frank Sinatra, just everything!) And I'll never forget one time as the DJ started to play a Rick Astley song the DJ made the comment that he was sure Rick must have been the Antichrist, because there was just no way that, that booming voice could come from that little English chap Rick. I love Rick Astley's voice, it's so powerful and yet as smooth as silk, love it! The world is a better place thanks to Rick Ashley!
