the thing that got me about Morty's Mindblowers" is that Rick is NOT the smartest man in the universe he even lost a game of checkers to Morty !

You know "Life finds a way" is a reference to Jurassic Park. And a really dark fact about this episode is that the voice of the little cratures were made by actual children for the show. Whenever I hear someone bitch about how the cats from the _CATS_ movie looked creepy I'm reminded of Jerry in this episode not being able to get used to his girlfriend's alienness.

One of the things I love about R&M is the realization that, within the context of materialism, a multiverse would make people seem replaceable, as there are infinite copies. It's a great epiphany, really, and yet it seems so obvious, but nobody addressed it before Rick and Morty, as far as I can tell. We saw it first with the kronnenberg episode in season 1, we saw it with Ricks and Mortys in the Citadel, and now we see another iteration of it, but hitting close to home again. It's an endlessly interesting premise in itself, and it's only a fraction of what the show has to offer.

I love the continuity of the crack in the ground outside the house from the s1 finale when it disappeared, the little attention to details in this show is brilliant

I know these are edited but I swear it feels like I watch the whole episode. You are really good at getting the best moments in the series.

I want them to make a weird spin off show on adult swim. 10 minute episodes at 4am about beth's sentient switchblade.

If you want a different sentient killer knife there's one in the anime Carnival Phantasm. Shows not all about it but it is pretty funny

You still can see this season develops more not only Rick and Morty, but also their family. This was the hardest season for the creators.

That's y ignorance is bliss once u start wising up to what's happening and once u gain some knowledge and start to see the what going on u tend to be a little sadder then the one only worried about the next Instagram post

oh! @ US Thanksgiving 2017 (damn, 2017?! we've been waiting for season 4 for a good bit! lol) the boys did a little nugget called 'The Poop in My Pants' showing us what Mr. Poopy Butthole had been up to during season 3... TON of fun easter eggs & don't-blink moments... so there's a scene that makes me believe PBH & Morty were practicing, and Rick wiped Morty so he wouldn't ruin the surprise) eek! hope that wasn't too spoiler-ish... ooh! maybe do a reaction to it before you start season 4?

Pocket universes are cool sci-fi gimmicks. The insane apple didn't fall far from the insane tree. (I loved the on-the-nose 4th wall break at the very end) (Ewww! Gross! ...for the alien.) That Beth is definitely not a clone... or is she? haha

I like Placebo's Bubblegun too.

Rick and Beth adventure! Beth trapped her childhood friend in a collapsed quantum tesseract for the past 25 years. I was expecting them to miss the execution deadline, just to be more dark. They live in a state with the death penalty. Cocaine houses are clean, unlike crack houses. Jerry is taking telekinesis lessons from his triple-breasted alien girlfriend. Rick always carries a "bubble gun" and an artificial arm. Rick could have made Froopyland edible in case Beth ever got lost in there. Rick and Beth are way ahead of King Tommy's reveal. Tommy is played by Thomas Middleditch, aka Richard Hendricks from "Silicon Valley" and Terry on Justin Roiland's other sci-fi cartoon "Solar Opposites". Middleditch is a Canadian, like the actress who plays Monica on Silicon Valley. His cartoon voice sounds a lot like Andy Dick. How did a little boy impregnate the Froopyland creatures? Rick's wafers should have been "Simple Rick's" brand. Beth was a "Scary fuckin' kid, man!" All of Beth's location-tracking stickers read "-5.243 47.394". Reading Lat,Lon puts this in the Indian Ocean and Lon,Lat, the Atlantic Ocean. You'd think they'd put an Easter Egg there! Disliking an alien species isn't "racist"; it would be "species-ist". Beth slaughters the creatures of Froopyland, most likely including the original Tommy. Rick: "He gave you his finger??(!)" Rick gets his organic arm back, off-screen. I guess that's no challenge at all for him. Beth consumes network reality television on an "allegedly ironic" level. Beth accepts that she's a lot like her father. The fridge pictures include Morty's lawnmower-dog Snuffles and Mr. Poopy Butthole. Beth makes some sort of life decision that isn't revealed. Did she take Rick up on his offer to clone her with zero chance of the clone going Blade Runner? Jerry gets handed a Deus Ex-Machina. Why would a pizza place be closed on a school day when it's still light out?

The thing with this series is, are you sure we are following the same family/Rick & Morty? You know, with many universes and all. And thats not a spoiler.

don't you think is very ironic that tommy's dad is gonna be executed because they think he ate him and tommy ate his children to survive? rick only went there because he hates when someone shits on his creations, he doesn't care about tommy other part of rick's psychological therapy with Beth, would be pointing out the way she is from the way that Rick raised her, then we discover that she was a psychopath since she was a girl, I don't know if she was always like that or because he abandoned her, the diference from her and Rick is that Rick is a sociopath, which he does whatever he wants to obtain an specific goal, survive a dangerous situation or stop getting bored which still has a bit of moral compass beth killed any pet and kid in the neighbourhood because she removed the consequences from the picture, that's why Rick invented froopyland, yet Beth left tommy there to blame him for Rick's negligence which in part she is right of doing a cry for help to Rick, but she was still a psychopath. As an adult, she developed a moral compass which would be the reason she wanted to be a doctor, like morty said, like father like goddamned daughter in having rick's irresponsability, apathy, cynism, arrogance and belittling attitude of feeling superior to everone else, like how jerry saw her as a xenomorph queen, but have a bit of compassion through the love of her children and her abandoment issues, she wants to be a better parent than Rick but at the same time beth "saved" tommy not because she cares about what she've done, just to prove she doesn't have rick´s negative traits and that she is a better person, now she realized she is like rick in wanting to fix things just to get rid of the problem and dismiss the cause of it as she refused to apologize for leaving tommy there, and beth neither cared that the pterodactyl was going to eat rick after cloning tommy she seems to accept that she have Rick's traits and need to be more compassionate, she would surpass her abandonment issues when Rick gave her the option to clone herself and leave

Was that planting a seed for some future episode where a half alien Jerry child comes back to haunt Jerry and the family? People bashes Jerry a lot, yes he's lame and a loser, but he actually cares about his family and the biggest problems on his relationship with Beth are caused, directly or indirectly by Rick, Beth is not a saint either, her big daddy issues endangered his family all the time (also she's an alcoholic and psychopath) i think is not a bad guess to believe that those two had a solid enough marriage with its highs and lows, until Rick came back to Beth's life ps: that "big brain = small heart" mentality looks to me like a teeneager justification to be a cynical a-hole tbh, that is one of the lessons of Dr. Wong's Analysis of Rick, intelligence is not a free card for toxicity
