No. Its that a guy like that is clearly doping. He is vain and doesn’t have a runners body and came out of no where as an elite runner.

People hate combos of greatness, especially unusual ones. A woman who’s gorgeous and very intelligent is an example. A super smart and really athletic dude is another. Will is an example of that…you can be muscular/attractive or a real ultra guy, but not both.

There are physiological reasons why top ultra endurance athletes aren't well-muscled. The testing protocols in place aren't at WADA level, which is still flawed, but you'll never see an Olympic marathon runner, or race walker, built like this. I was once in belief that a particular athlete was drug free, and my coach asked me "what makes him any different to anyone else?"

Actually, they try to prove he's a cheater because he's an incredibly obvious cheater, and a gargantuan fraud. (Also an incredible a**hole, if you pay a little attention.) Not sure why this should be so tough to understand, but hey, there's no law against being an idiot, I guess.

How about mentioning how saucy Ross Edgley looks and almost certainly is. Not to take away from his achievements but being on PEDs certainly contributes to his training. Us lay people would love transparency from these popular fitness influencers.

One thing i love about ultra running is that it's for EVERYONE. Race, religion, gender, body type, clothing choices, income don't matter. (Though income opens doors to more awesome races. ) I don't care what you LOOK like. I care what you do and how you treat others while you do it. I do believe in transparency as far as pain killers/ performance enhancers though.
