Honestly, I absolutely despise it when parents force something on to you, blame you if it isn’t going well, and especially when you tell them that you don’t even want to do it and they tell you “ I’m doing what’s best for you, you’ll thank me when you’re older.” Edit: Some of you guys are missing the point. Obviously if someone is doing bad at something like math or English then you should help them. As well as the message of never torturing yourself just to please others, the other message is to be grateful for what you have and never compare your life to another. Being rich isn't important; you should be grateful you have family, a roof over your head etc, and you should never pressure those you love just to please others as comparing to others is never healthy; the most important is supporting your peers or children to follow what they want in life! I love this video and I love Katherine Norland! This was a great video and it sort of reminds me of the love and support I always get from my family no matter what!

If you’re not sure what field you want to go into, you can take classes there to help you out, and it’s a great way to save money so you don’t end up with a bunch of debt. this is the most inspiring dhar mann video i have seen in months, it makes me want to work harder and be my best.

Mothers should not pressure your kids to be perfect and let them choose which schools that they want to go to and the careers that they want to. Listen to your kids because it is their lives.

I loved this one! It delivered such a great message about how your parents should support you in all you do, no matter what it is. And even if they don’t support you, you should keep going to achieve what you love and what you wanna do in life.
