If your drifting (as in moving forward without gas, now like sideways drifting) can you rev in neutral and then go to drive to kinda launch or will that destroy your trans

Yes it's possible to launch by revving up in neutral then dropping into gear, but it is terrible for your transmission along with many other parts of your car. You also run the risk of killing your car the first time you even try it unless you've modified your car specifically to handle this kind of launch

The proper way to launch is to firstly remove traction control and stabilitrak (hold the traction control button for 10 secs aproxx) then put it in first gear, then hold the break with your left foot and revv it to around 2-3 rpm and then as you let go of the break, floor the accelerator and there you have a launch, (this is for automatics only)

i would assume it would be the same affect as red lining a manual when you drop it down gears in high speed. engines are built to be redlined but doing it for to long can cause permanent wear and damage lowering your engines life

Yes. Shifting from N to D isn't necessarily bad i dont think but never shift into N while moving. It will damage your transmission immensely. However, unless your manual says otherwise, you can shift into 3rd from D while driving, even at high rpms and speeds. I usually do that for racing or overtaking someone in the next lane as it runs at a lower gear and thus gives you higher rpms. Do not try it without checking if it is ok tho

Now if I’m at a light and stopped but I put in neutral to revvv Then put back to drive does that hurt the car? Even in neutral I always put my foot on the brake and drive

Yes, thought I would think it’s better to just hold the clutch down. Should anything happen you can just disingage it and regain control of the car I mediatlu, as opposed to have to get into gear first. Basically it’s what you do for rev matching, however you keep the clutch down for longer. I don’t think it should wear the clutch much either.

What happens if you’re revving your engine on neutral and you’re at 4kRPM and then just switch it to Drive? What Would happen ? Do you have to wait until your RPM goes down when you’re revving on N before changing to D?

Found this on Google “Revving the engine causes the fluid to reach maximum pressure. Pressure is needed to circulate fluid, shift gears, and engage the clutch packs, and to hold the transmission in gear without slipping.” Is that the reason? Because if so I’m not doing the video lol

Got a sport car which has a down pipe therefore shoot flames while driving but since limited to 4K in neutral I can’t sadly do that

I think it's the Sport mode. It will make the car take a much lower gear than the Drive mode would, when you floor it as you're entering a highway. The L stands for Load, and it'll keep the car driving on lower gears if you intend to tow something, but it may not offer you as much acceleration as the Sport mode. I probably wouldn't keep the Sport mode on, since I'm not sure if it's okay for the transmission while you're moving. I've driven automatics very rarely, and probably the only thing I know about them in comparison to manual, is that you're gonna wanna stop and hold the brake when switching in between D, R, P and N.

SEX Gear. If you are having sexual intercourse with a minor of parental consent or a hooker, whichever you prefer, in the back seat. It tightens the suspension during all the bouncing around and it makes the cars brakelines go taught so the car doesn't roll away with all the thrusting. Automatically sets your windows to defrost as well on the 03 and above models. I rarely use SEX gear tho. Good luck
