I really recommend making a list of general prices for items written in pen ordered in order of how much you get for selling it and then at the top in pencil writing in what the current need is from the shop so you can just lift your vr headset up a little to check that list so you always take only the most valuable items back from your runs.

Your eventually going to just know which items are going to give you more but until then such a list would be useful.

Yo I found a keycard in the underground, and I got told it’s for a lab, but I don’t think I’ve ever found it. Could you make a video or tell me how to find the lab and what loots inside and what it looks like?

It's randomly located, but after 5 raids or so it will spawn immediately at the raid entrance.

Playing it is a different story, unless you're speaking from experience...than that's unfortunate.
