HISTORY OF HiQ PAINT
OUR HISTORY
We are two childhood friends with very different backgrounds, who found themselves an opportunity to become their own bosses and took it. As usual, started from scratch working with friends and family and learning our way in the automotive paint industry, what we didn't have in the experience we compensated with hard work and passion.
It wasn't easy, but in a few years, we gained our reputation among local body shops by providing excellent products at reasonable prices with simply the best customer service.

Being responsible when we made mistakes and helping out our clients when sh*t hits the fan. It is very easy to just say "that's not our fault" but we rarely take the easy way out. What we do is build long-term relationships by taking the bullet in some cases or sharing the fault, as a result, have been blessed with a strong, friendly, and loyal customer base in our physical locations.
So far we have 4 different locations in South Florida, and hopefully many more in the horizon.
THIS WEBSITE HOWEVER IS OUR LATEST AND MORE AMBITIOUS PROJECT, WE WANT TO BE ABLE TO SUPPLY TO THE ENTIRE COUNTRY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL.
We don't care if you are the owner of a well established body shop, or just a random guy with a project in his garage, we are confident to have the knowledge and products to help you succeed in your goals.

That color is much nicer than I was expecting. I know it's more work for you to set up and video your painting, but it would be cool to see the hood, doors, bumpers and trunk lid get sprayed. Your daughter's gonna be extremely happy! 👍

At first I hought it looked like a weak and muted purple, but that black sealer made a big difference. It’s what purple should always look like.

Pharraway that laid out like a mirror.... On the first coat, drivers side rear quarter panel, as you were spraying I was thinking, "Man this stuff is laying on smooth!" If you know about how much you need per coat, it's better to mix it as you go. When I painted my bike, I mixed the material as I went. That way, I don't under/over mix and it gives me time to allow each coat to properly flash. It tempting to spray too quickly, which can lead to all kinds of issues on finish when solvent get trapped in between coats. I took my time in between coats mixing next coat, which took @ 15 minutes, since I did flush out my gun & nozzle too.👍 Opinions may vary. I don't want to waste nor let mixed material sit while I spray.

Que tipo de hardener uso para el base coat?
Do you do a drop coat? Or just apply metallic base the same as any other base? I’m used to spraying single stage, but I’m going to be spraying the urechem black metallic base coat for the first time. Any suggestions? I’ve been watching forever and can’t remember if you’ve done a video in Metallics. Thanks!

The mix of the two paints is extremely harmful to open skin. Full suit is required with fresh air supply. Extremely harmful and very toxic. Sad
