Pretty funny looking back on our own work eh? It's easy to see how far you've come but you also notice the little things that aren't as important as you thought back then. One of the biggest things I've learned is that shoving a ton of information and tiny minute details at potential clients just pushes them away like nothing else. Just like you said Iman, the key is to focus on the client, their business goals, and their problems/concerns/beliefs. At the end of the day, they don't really care about what specific services you'll do for them, as long as you get their phone ringing or paying customers in their door. Another great vid, keep it up bro!

I'm going to have to disagree with the hourly billing. I've been in a large agency, they bill their clients hourly. It's not a bad thing to break it down like that, it shows the client what they're paying for.
