Another great review. I now look at my new additions with more depth thanks to you. Lol. Was never big on vinyl tops on cars to begin with.... Kind of a shame this one has it, especially with the imperfection right on the driver side too.... Very cool having a sunroof though! I can’t remember the last time I saw a diecast with one. I also hate the fuel tubes in the trunks. Lol. Anywho, keep them coming and have a Happy New Year!

Thank you bud! This is basically a full custom job on the roof, hence the imperfections but I'm pretty sure that every other update, the process will keep getting better. And yeah, this is my first Mopar with sunroof and I just love the color. There are others mass produced (Ertl Authentics) but they are hard and also expensive to get. That's a great one! Too sad ACME (actually newer HWY 61) have fewer details than the older ones! Still, it's a very desirable and nicely made diecast car! Congrats for the nice review!

Yes, I was wondering the same thing! It's more "Ertl" than Highway 61 with the exception of opening trunk, paint job, etc. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Maybe HW61 had two different castings!? Not sure.

I did record the sunroof from a top view... right?! Hopefully I did. Lol. Anyway, no, it is not functional as far as I know but I'll double check. I think it looks good even with the vinyl stickers not being perfect! I'll post a few pics on my Instagram! Thanks for watching and commenting!

In your opinion better than HW61 and GL for the price?

It's better than Greenlight for sure in terms of overall quality, but if price is an issue, GL models are ok. HW61 have the upper hand, especially interior details (including dash) but are pricy on ebay! So models acquired will really depend on budget constraints. Thanks

Hello. No. I think that I've seen numbered plates somewhere but it might be for the actual, normal, coupes and not these. For this version, there's no numbered plate or a COA. The only difference are the sunroof, the 1 of 60 box sticker and the extra Gold 71 Challenger box sticker.

Well, as per every other collectible item, they are worth whatever the collector is willing to pay for it! 😉 If you take into account that this is a limited edition release of 60 cars, that there's no other version of this particular one with a sunroof option and that the color kicks ass, then I could argue that it could probably fetch EVEN MORE than $250!!! (Personally if I would ever sell mine, I would ask for more!!) BUT... If you are a casual collector, if you don't particularly like that dark Gold color or if you don't care about the sunroof, then yeah, as stated in the conclusion, I would probably go for a cheaper option. It's really buyer's choice. I don't regret buying it because I just fell in love with the color plus I didn't have a sunroof Mopar in the collection. This fit the bill and can't wait for other releases! 😬💪🏽 Thanks for watching and commenting. Happy New Year!!
