@@billnye8143 depending on when this happened (he mentioned covid guidelines), he maybe wasn't supposed to bring the food up. I've worked food deliveries as a side hustle for years. During the the most strict lockdown periods we had pretty strict policy of not entering buildings, they only allowed non-contact deliveries. Doesn't really matter though since she got him on tape throwing her food so he was most likely fired anyways.

She even said all the other delivery drivers just dropped the food off @ her door and I am 99% sure that is what was also put in on the app where she placed the order. If he just did his job and dropped off the food there would have been no incident at all. Yes she was rude but it's because he was being weird. Honestly I would have just ignored him and put in a ticket if he refused. They have to take a photo of the drop off anyways to prove the food was delivered.
