Give props to the dad, he took it out on the store merch, not these two predators behind plexiglass ..the officer was a bit too disengaged .. I would place the Dad in cuffs if when I arrived on scene he was in the midst .continued on his ram[age. But he was more than complient.. Placing somebody in cuffs is humiliating, embarrassing.. yourtaking a persons freedom away .. I mean the last thing a great cop, a true professional wants to do is make an arrest.... believe me .. let along use cuffs. Side note : The profession today is hamstrung by these POV cameras..and you see it in the pandering, placating violent criminals present day which is why these crooks have ROH ...

Even at 29, after moving to a different neighborhood, I often got hassled by the truant officers who thought I was late to class for the high school on my block when I'd be running an errand on a day I was off or had second shift, until they finally learned I was a grown up and not a kid.
