Return to Play 6 Months Post ACL

Welcome back if you've been keeping up with my recovery! And hi if you are new! Huge month for my recovery.
This month consisted of a lot of individual sessions and big progress in the gym as well, all leading up to my clearance for contact training!

    So great for you! I’m 3 weeks post op right now and it’s so hard to see any light at the end of the tunnel. So happy for you that you’ve made it through. Good luck in Europe!

    Thank you! I know thats one of the hardest parts of the whole thing but it comes in time. Don't get discouraged by the entire time line take it day by day and enjoy the small wins

    I’m one week out from acl surgery and literally cannot wait for this feeling and I’m so ready to play again. even just watching u dance in between drills OMG I CANT WAIT 😭😭

    How many days did you go to pt in a week versus training and doing exercises on your own?

    toward the 6 month range i was doing 2 training sessions a week and gym with PT once a week and physio once a week and then extra stuff on my own if i had the time

    Hi, in the beginning of your video when you were doing side to side movements it looked like your knee buckled. Could you explain what happened when you were doing your exercises? Did you have pain?

    I know thats how I felt at the beginning but there light at the end. Take it day by day! You got this!
