Yes, a series, please. And maybe keep in mind relatively fit “athletes” or former athletic, 60 plus year olds. :)
Your knowledge about fitness is the best!! Would love it if you made a video with a sample” train like an athlete” workout. I know you gave examples but seeing everything come together would be sweet
I've always been into fitness trainer but I just came across your content today on IG and now seeing your KZread , you're such an inspiration, I love your content and what you do , thank you for motivating me , I'm about to start a career as a sports nutritionist and fitness trainer , and I want to say thank you for educating
Definitely need a series! Loved how relatable you made this!
This has helped so much!! I really appreciate the effort that has been put into this video (and your other videos). Thank you so much❤
I think this is my fav video of yours 👌🏼You've got the best training style; not only does it improve your day-to-day functioning, but it also keeps the workouts fun and engaging! Also A-1 explanations 🤓
Omg this is exactly the kind of channel I was looking for!! Thank you!!! I’ve been looking for a trainer that talked about training like an athlete
Please do more! I’ve been exercising regularly for 7 months now but recently started plateauing and I was looking for ways to improve to the next level. Thank you so much!!!
Love all the information in this video I find when I train like this I’m more excited to lift I feel better I look better and most importantly my joints do not hurt if anything I feel like I’m thriving vs dying on sets reps in a commercial gym! Great content!!! ❤
Okay this video was so amazing the way you are able to break this all down and easy to understand thank you so much!
Hey, this is the best video I've seen in years and I've trained track&field on a semiprofessional level for years :) Definitely subscribing!
First time viewer. Your squat walk was absolutely awesome. Show us progressions to improve our squat walk.

That’s what I said when I first came to this girl’s page she is so educated it’s insane!! but she doesn’t come off as a cheesy fitness influencer, which I absolutely love
love this thank u !
Huberman lab also has a great podcast about different areas/type of training for overall physical fitness! Worth a listen. This is exactly how I like to think about my training
Loved this!
Very detailed video thanks
So glad I found your channel. I'm getting back on my fitness journey and I'm so over training for just aesthetics. For me, it gets boring and the idea of what a woman should look like in 2023 is just so unrealistic (this whole BBL trend). I love sports performance and the idea of being an athlete of life! New subbie 🫶
fav creator!! looking forward to adding some of these into my routines. thank you :)
That floating lundge at 8:24 is the coolest thing ive seen

Being a "meathead" is fine, but i don't like having my muscles bulging out of my clothes....i would rather be athletic and look unimpressive until i take my shirt off...lol
