4 Months Post-ACL Surgery Vlog

Welcome back if you've been following my recovery journey! And if you're new hi!
This vlog covers my progress from 3-4 months and consists of a lot of agility and return to running. I start to get back on the field doing minimal touch work but finally can put some miles in for my conditioning! A lot of smaller steps leading up to 5 months where a lot of the progress starts to show.
Stay tuned for the next vlog at 5 months where I lace up my cleats again!

Your way ahead of schedule with your recovery. Which is great. Your training vlogs are very motivating. Did you try any swimming? Heard it helps with post acl recovery.

Hi I'm sorry to hear that. Those are always the initial first thoughts but as long as you take your recovery seriously you should return to optimal shape. The scar will always be there but it is definitely possible to get back to the same level if not better

@@adnanbandey5450 Yes this recovery has been going much faster. Because with the first one i couldn't walk for 5 weeks after surgery. So I would say I'm about a month ahead compared to last time
