人嘛,要不断往前走。发展永远都是硬道理。在发展的过程中,什么乱七八糟的事情都被淹没了。如果在一个地方卡住了,就尝试换个地方发展。记住:远离负能量的人,负能量的人就是不能给你前进的动力或者把你往下拉的人。永远寻找正能量,哪怕是一种精神麻痹也要让自己永远生活充满希望。记住:过去的都过去了,走掉的都不适合自己。而且生活中没有十全十美的人或者事,只有不断解决问题的人。有的人生活看上去很好,不是遇到的问题少,而是已经解决问题的个数比新产生的问题多。也就是说,库存的问题少,或者说战胜问题的能力比较强。所以生活的核心是:永远不断提高自己解决问题的能力。 与大家共勉!!!

, I learned from my sister how to make steamed buns and dumplings with cornmeal and a fermenting agent. When I was young, my mother used to make these buns, and I loved eating them. In 2016, my mother visited me in the Bay Area and made these buns for me again. Surprisingly, my long-troubling stomach problem was cured. I then gave these buns to my Chinese boss and his wife, who also had stomach problems, and they said their stomach issues improved after eating them.
In the past two years, my stomach problems have returned in the Bay Area. I wondered if the food there wasn’t suitable for me. So, during this visit home, I decided to learn cooking from my mom or my sister. I wanted to see if their food could heal my stomach problems. I have good news to share: after a week of eating my sister’s cooking, my stomach problems have almost disappeared. It seems I don’t have a stomach problem; my stomach just prefers fermented foods.
I hope friends with stomach issues can try these fermented cornmeal buns or dumplings to see if they help. Today, let’s learn from my sister how to make these fermented cornmeal buns and dumplings.
First, the night before, my sister uses cornmeal and a fermenting agent to make the dough. Please watch the video.
Second, she makes the filling: green radish, vermicelli, tofu, a bit of meat, eggplant, vermicelli, and meat.
Third, she uses the fermented dough from the night before to make the dough. Please watch the video.
Fourth, she wraps the dumplings and makes the buns, then steams them.

首先,头一天晚上我姐用玉米面发酵剂发面。请大家看视频。
第二,她做包子馅,青萝卜、粉条、豆腐、一点肉 和茄子、粉条和肉。
