Restoring my old bow and making a target stand

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

I found my old bow I used 25 years ago and decided to put it back in shoot order. After a quick painting, I made a custom grip for the riser and added all the missing parts. Then I made a double target stand so my son and & I can shoot together.
It was a lot of fun to refurbish this old bow and I'm super happy with the result. Now I can practice again. But now I guess I'll need to make myself a quiver :) I hope you'll like the video.

Having a garden is a luxury. I'm so happy to have space around the house to be able to shoot arrows and to make dust. Not sure the neighbours agree though... :) Thanks Dominic!!

Nice restoration of your bow Red. I see your son is left eye dominant. I made the mistake of buying my youngest a right hand bow because I am right eye dominant. Problem bow has been changed to a lefty life is good lol

Thank you Guy!! Indeed he is. We found out very early he was a lefty and I'm fighting against the world now. They all want to make him shift to be a righty....But he amazes me everyday by being able to do a lot with both hands :)
