As I can certainly appreciate the restoration job on this saw this guy made so much extra work for him self and it seemed he cut a lot of corners

My friend, the stuck screws and bolts should be started with a hand screw driver. If you can press hard into it and break it loose, you can pull them out with the electric screwdriver after. Much less headache.

Also, not many people realise the benefit of a few sharp taps on the screwdriver handle before trying to undo the screw.

Maybe I missed it but the badly worn contact end of the commutator should have been machined. The brushes will not make a good sustainable contact and will wear quickly.

As you can see where the brushes rest, the collector is deformed and will not make good contact, it is no longer useful

0:58 いきなりやっちまったなぁー😱 ここから何本かのボルトは交換を強いられる事に。 10:14 日本語満載の銘板。見たところ1987年製…30年以上は経過している。 13:37 ブレード磨くんかいっ！表面ボコボコじゃないか!!😱 14:45 ベアリングは全数交換。 24:07 なのにブレードはお古のまま。せめて新品をおごって欲しかったですね。 24:34 銘板もコピーせずに元々のを取り付け。ただしロゴステッカーは作り直しているのだが。

Пайка безобразная, термоусадочную трубку осаживают не так, клемма обжата слабо, нужно специальным инструментом.

Видео - полное ФУФЛО! Один "отреставрированный" коллектор ротора чего стоит! Наверное и щетки старые "восстановил"... Неплохо бы еще научиться правильно напрессовывать подшипники...😢😅😂

Фигня, коллектор не поменял, детали по ржавчине покрасил, диск старый оставил. Долго не проходит.
