Everyone has their breaking point, and Putin is, apparently, trying to figure out where it lies for each and every last Russian. Take note of the jumper wire on those sabotaged tracks. That's the correct way to maintain continuity in the track circuit, so that they are unaware of the broken rail in the system.

There is already a strong underground network affiliated and unaffiliated with Alexei Navalny-- and many other brave anti-corruption, anti-war fighters. Vladimir Kara-Murza is currently in prison for being against the war in Ukraine. Ilya Yashin has been arrested. Maria Osyannikova was also arrested.
