Love the video, I can't wait to see the drain field

You should look up norweco dealers in your area and trade that aerator for a remanufactured one. The one you got isn't very good long term. The reman would of been close to same price and has 2/3yr warranties plus its made for that system. Every month you should go pull it out and cut any crap off the end of it to prolong its life. The lid before the vented lid is your trash trap, have that emptied every 5 yrs. ( under all 3 concrete lids really). The lid after the aerator is a plastic filter that is probably ruined if it hasn't been touched in a long time, but you can pull it apart and wash it. Also the green lid is your discharge pump and float setup.

I remember the well filters video like it was yesterday! It was a good day for me and the channel. Prob. not a YT winner but one of your best videos for entertainment value in my opinion lol. I love watching you do stuff around the property. Esp. because we have the exact same personality when it comes to home maintenance things lol "As I understand it....." *long, foreboding sigh* Exactly. Exactly.

Mine began tripping a week after service. Guy said there was something on the shaft. Personally I thing he damaged it because working great for the last few years. Got a new one. So far so good but it will stink for a bit since without air it goes back to anaerobic

You're lucky to live in area where they aren't control freaks about "unapproved brands" of motors. Got away with using one of those motors for the past 10 years, but now they're demanding an approved Norweco brand motor. Imagine the ridiculousness of being told what brand to buy! Had a refurb before, of their approved Singulair brand, it lasted about 1 year. Funny enough, this one just up and died after 10 years, right after their demand. Sure it is old, but that's an amazing coincidence, lol. Trying to figure out how to get around the absurd cost of their precious approved motor, which is only available through distributors. Imagine having to spend thousands of dollars, just to stir some crap. 😆🤪

How many tanks? could this system use a sprinkler vs a drainfield?
