The pressure switch on my 36 year old air compressor has seen better days. Its original cut-in pressure was 100 psi, and its original cut-out pressure was 125 psi. Now it's 80 to 120 psi, and I found loose parts floating around inside, because it's falling apart.
So, in this video, I'm replacing the old air pressure switch with a cheap switch I got from Surplus Center, and figuring out how to calibrate the cut in/cutout pressures. It ended up working just like new again!
