Here, we take another look at the Original Xbox DVD drive from the last video, which keeps giving "error 12" every time the Xbox is powered on. Instead of trying to solder replacement resistors on the control board, we're going to take the functioning laser part of this drive, then combine it with a control board from a unit with a faulty laser.
Note that I'm not a professional (in any sense of the word), and please don't mindlessly copy anything that I do.
