Thanks so much guys… Fred Again is an EDM producer that when Ren had a short break from his treatment saw him in LA and was so overwhelmed emotionally by the experience he decided to write this mash up.. actually this was filmed in his flat in Canada during treatment by Josh Stiles who is another video/filmmaker that is his good friend…he has worked with Sam so I am sure that is why his style may seem similar… so good… thanks guys..

The five Fred Again tracks which he covered were : Jungle ; Delilah (Pull Me Out Of This) ; leavemealone ; Clara (The Night is Dark) ; Angie (I've Been Lost). Ren saw Fred Again live in LA and broke down when he heard the refrain "I've been lost" being repeated over and over. Apparently he said "that has been the story of my life for the last 10 years".

Enjoying your reactions. This is during his longer than expected treatment in Canada but he is trying to take care of himself now that he is able to afford to care for himself properly.

Love your reaction as always. This one rapidly became one of my favorite Ren songs. You can feel his voice right down to the core of your being. And musically, the guitar and those vocal runs are brilliantly executed and perfectly placed within the transitions. Really gives me chills every time I hear it.

Ren is a true Renaissance Man. Ren learned how to play the guitar by "slowing down tracks by Jimi Hendrix and John Frusciante." Not only is Ren a songwriter, rapper, singer, producer, director, he also plays a guitar, a bass guitar, and the piano.

In the UK we have remembrance day. On the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month we give 1 a minute silence to remember those who fell in WW2. A charity sells paper poppies which we pin to our jackets as a symbol of remembrance. The money raised from the sales goes to help veterans.

In the US November 11th is Veterans Day. It’s the day when we honor all veterans ( All who gave some). Memorial Day is when we honor those who gave all.

Lets not forget Armistice Day for our fallen in WW1. The Poppy is in remembrance for our fallen in WW1, and then WW2.

Amazing to take 5 EDM songs , mash them up, slow it down, make it acoustically wow 👌👌and then you can see it in Ren's face & body language, of how he felt it deeply and that's why we do too 🫶🫶🫶

Vultures can smell sickness and rot even before the critter or person is dead. They follow the sick animal around waiting till they take their last breath and then dive on the fresh meat. They have to get theirs before all the other scavengers get the rest. They can fly and spot it from a long ways and be there quick. We have turkey vultures here in Wisconsin USA. You always know something is dying or dead when you see the flock in the air. It is good to have them because the lazy city rarely picks up the road kill. If you hit and kill a deer with your vehicle, most drag it off the road to clear a path or load it up in the truck.

This song and the video has a special place in my heart. And what I appreciate very much about Ren´s guitar playing is, that he does not only do some awesome stuff in terms of difficulty. He can play the most basic things, but has developed a really distinct tone, that makes it so easy on the ears. Here in Germany just recently a veteran´s day has been introduced. Obviously not dedicated to the "heroes of old", but to those, who gave their life in service to our parliamentary democracy. So yeah, to some it might have a political notion. We still have an rather unpolitical day of mourning for the victims of war and tyranny & dictatorship. Cheers. Pausing isn't the problem. It's when reactors talk shit when they pause that's the problem. One of the best reactors, Knox Hill pauses a lot but when he does his comments are always pertinent. I have seen other reactors pause to announce that they are speechless! Huh? Pause if you must but please don't make excuses like you have to because it is a reaction channel. There are several reaction channels that never pause and they are among the best.

It marks the day of victory by Latvian army over joint Russian- German army at the battle of Riga in 1919 during the war of Latvia Independence. While elsewhere in Europe WW1 ended in 1918, it wasn’t over in some countries like Latvia. Similar to the WW2. We were fighting for a longer time.

In the 8 chapters on his Renmakesstuff channel, he explains that he still has pain in his feet and legs that never really stops. So that's probably why his leg is moving so much.

I think this is still my favorite song from Ren with all the rest right behind it lol Ren got lost with his illness and is trying to find himself again (not being so ill) now. Yes! EDM songs (4 of them) mashed up and played acoustic style. Only Ren can do that and to make you feel hurt on those last couple lines, wow!

Australia and New Zealand have ANZAC day in memory of the combined ANZAC forces. I think Ren calls a mash up a sort of a remix of a few of someone else's songs. If you googled Fred Again you would have seen he is UK DJ and musical artist. Ren loves the words he wrote to his songs (and the meaning Ren took from them) so. basically Ren mixed 4 or 5 of Fred Again's songs to his own music. I love this, but find the original artist very hard to gel with musically. I understand Fred again is (like Ren) a really nice guy and generous with his fans.

In Germany a thing like Memorial Day would be very weird considering our history. So no, we have nothing like it.

So I am so interested in these stories that you do. I am not a technologically savvy person like I know how to watch a KZread video but I don't understand how to communicate with people and I don't really use any other social media. But I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist (MD). And I'm really interested in trying to connect with some of people that do stories like you do just to really add my commentary or be a resource. I really don't want my face on video, or my name. The nature of my work is confidential at its greatest essence. But to talk with people that doing things like this and just you know maybe be able to say like well here here is a different perspective that I can offer that comes from the psychodynamic perspective, the humanistic perspective, the biologic perspective, (basically there are six major perspectives of human behavior which I am referring to a few of them)... I like you guys about those kinds of perspectives that might help you bring your content into the real world in a manner which is still just truthful to you, but adding a layer of you know Scientific validity or professional background without any kind of acknowledgment or anybody else taking over your channel. I would really be interested to talk to people like you. How do you connect to somebody that way. Psychiatrist I literally have my phone locked down I cannot get any information from anybody if they're not in my contact list. Because believe me guys, when I open up my cell phone to people that I don't actually directly know, the whole Titans of Hell break loose upon me. Obviously I can't post my cell phone number or anything like that. But I guess there are possibly ways to communicate through KZread I don't usually do that directly with people. But maybe I'll check my account a couple more times often to see if I get some kind of Communication that anybody would be interested in that. (I talked to text by the way, yes sometimes there's a few words missing I spend so much time in electronic communication I just don't care anymore. Talk to text you get the gist.)

I truly don't understand when Reactors don't do any simple deduction or basic research. What happened to using our brains or critical thinking in this lazy ass world. This criticism/rant isn't just directed at you C & B, it's just a general observation/irritation. You see when Ren says mashup or retake & it's not a title of any of Ren's work that I'm familiar with, then it's valad for one to deduce that he's covering another artist's work, changing it into a stand alone Ren piece. If I'm not familiar with the song or artist I turn to Mr. Google for a quick 'wtf is this" check just so I can get an idea of what I'm walking into. Listening to a Ren song is still a blind experience, just not dumb and blind. In fact, I would think more ppl would want to do this because it would make Ren's version even more impressive as well as really appreciate his artistry by recognizing the changes and contributions he's made to the original artist's work. I had no F'n idea who Fred Again was so I spent a total of 2-3 minutes between a quick search and playing a short clip of one of his songs. I did that before watching Ren brilliantly mash-up 4 or 5 of these EDM songs into an acoustic masterpiece that's full of soul. I've got a shaved head, but believe me if I had hair Ren would have blown it back after knowing this was a house track.... LIKE WOW WTF 🤯 now that's real appreciation for Ren's artistry.✌️.

I so agree with what you said. There are definitely reactors who have no clue who Fred Again is, as I also had no idea... But, they start off by saying that they did a quick Google and have a better understanding of where the song got its inspiration. Definitely does not spoil any genuine, first-time reactions. Only enhances it.

This is one that I do not particularly like if I'm being honest. I love Ren, but this one just doesn't do it for me. I watched and gave ypu guys a thumbs up anyway because I love your channel. Much love ✌🏼❣️
