I see the comments from people around the world in response to REN and his therapeutic art. He is touching us all. We feel it emotionally, mentally and soulfully. His words, voice and talent is filling a void in us all. I for one am grateful and I hope REN feels that from us.

I concur. As far as support the RENagade community fully supports Ren both as a human being himself and as an artist. We recognize similar if not exact pain which Ren has been dealing with because we empathize and his experience resonates with our own internal pain. Most of just want to make Ren is ok possibly give him a hug when he needs it just like we could use a hug when each of needs it

Ren said yesterday that when he went to see Fred Again with his friends after the album released, he heard the "I've been lost" refrain and burst into tears in a crowd of thousands of strangers because it spoke so deeply to him. And instead of simply holding that moment dear and cherishing the connection and release, Ren used it to create something that would afford his own audience a similar moment of empathy, unity, and resonance. And now you're doing the same thing, passing that feeling along to more and more people as we share it with you, too. How lucky we are to revel in what these artists create. ❤

The amazing thing is that Fred Again makes EDM type music, so for Ren to mashup the songs in this style just shows how good a musician he is. Yeah that last part really stirs the emotions, but that's what Ren does well.

The choice of songs, the clever knitting of them together (or mashing them up?), but most of all the emotional connection of the artist to the words and feeling. Great reaction Guy ❤ So respectful and with your prospective into the pain Ren is / have gone through. That Ren is connecting to these lyrics on a deep level is almost impossible not to feel from hearing and seeing that performance. This was the 10th time I hear this mash up and it gets me in the feels every single time, I hear the pain, sorrow and emptyness in Ren's voice. He is so raw, honest and open in this video and he lives and breath music so for it to be his way to heal and work through hardships is only natural. Excellent, excellent reaction! I've seen/heard this video a few times now, and each time it hits me harder. I think we've all been lost at times throughout our lives. And somehow--if we don't push that feeling down or deny it--it helps us discover who we really are. For me that's the center of who Ren is and why he resonates with us so much. Like a caterpillar he has dissolved away his former sense of self and shed the cocoon, the facade. And what you get is someone real, someone we also want to be--our true self.

So, i like ren. But i LOVE Fred Again. Like, i listened to nothing but him for over a month. His boiler room set is my workout playlist. I'm autistic, and i am very bad at processing emotions. And the main way im able to just dwell in emotion and process what I'm feeling is music. And sometimes I listen to specific songs if i want to feel a particular emotion, or sometimes just to feel for fun. Fred Again made me feel in ways i didn't even think were possible. And Ren just fucking broke me, man.

I had never heard of Fred Again till Ren brought it to the fore. Basically, it is EDM type stuff with repetitive lines, almost thoughts interspersed in the music. Ren reanimated that in a much slower heartfelt version. The lyrics to me are utterly meaningless, except that Ren brings them to life and infuses feeling and emotion. Ren is genius. Unfortunately, for us, we all want our own neon light for Ren's album cover art!
