The bass player is Kai - a friend of Ren's who runs Ren's FB & IG (I think that's what he mostly does). Ren surrounds himself with friends - all of whom happen to be very talented themselves!

I am a huge Dimash fan as well. 😊. His voice is not of this world. That being said, my Ren & The Big Push playlist (70 songs) has been on repeat in my house & car for over 9 months now 😊

Great reaction, Harri! As an ancient musician (playing since the 1960's), I recognized in Ren an old, wise musician's soul, and put him at the top of my favorite artists list. He's up there with some of the greats, imho. (My list includes artists like the Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Radiohead, Neil Young, etc., etc.) Thanks for starting my day off on the right foot! 🤠

Great reaction, In the YT interviews, Ren's done, he has said many times, that his vocal range is very similar to Stings. He you have't yet, reacted to The Big Push, live version of Stings "Englishman in New York" you should check it out. Then it becomes obvious, what Ren means 😊

This is Harri's 4th Ren reaction. He doesn't have a Ren playlist set up, but all you have to do is use the Search feature inside his channel (the magnifying glass icon) and type in "Ren", and all 4 videos will pop up.

You have to bite the bullet and now do Hi Ren or Sick Boi. By the way Ren is from Brigthon, cut his chops as a busker. Was ill for years and years with some horrible shit until he finally got accurately diagnosed with Lime disease. He has suffered like that of the old Blues Man but is but 34. He's earned it.

Harri, I don't know if you ever circle back to the comments on your videos, but if you happen to see this, please, please, I implore you, react to "Hi Ren". Man, don’t know what floats your boat, but this lad knows his stuff from medieval troubadour, to early jazz, Django Reinhardt and onwards - his instrumental skills, rap and singing ability, tied in to creativity, he, and his collaborators bring to express his stuff is special. Only Ed Sheeran (used to be a hater) has a similar range snd Stormzy’s rapping are close. But, it’d be boring if we all liked the same stuff. What’s your bag?

You could not be more wrong..😆He has paid his dues and has been putting out great music the last 10+ yrs. He is getting his health back from yrs of lymes disease, he is just heating up. The singing is just one of many talents he has. He is independent so he has to work at it slowly with patience.

Hhmn 🤔. His first album, Freckled Angels, was released in 2016 and prior to that he was playing with the band "The big push." So, gone in a couple of years? Possibly, but not likely. IMHO I think he's got so much more to give musically. Each to their own.
