That is bloody awesome. Question though…have you ever had a tile come loose using this pressure washing machine? What did you do to fix it?

It can happen. The moss can sometimes be there holding the tile together when it’s actually broken underneath. We have a good roofing contractor that we use/recommend.👍🏼

I can't imagine the shoulder and back work out that must be. I have a water fed pole for windows and that is hard work. What you are doing would seem physically brutal. Dang!

It is hard work. But maybe it’s not as bad as you think? The trick is to get the pressure just right, then the tool virtually hovers.😜👍🏼

@@aemackintosh Thanks. I power was too, used to do cedar roofs with spikes in 90s, now decks fences , surface cleaner, but still, you gotta move it left right, tilt it, control it, etc,

I turn my machine down to around 2000psi.

Ash, would it be easier to clean off moss first , then pressure wash. Just thinking of less mess

You can do, but it’s a bit of a faff. I prefer to go over it in one go and get it done.👍🏼

What pole is this ? You make it look so easy lol we have recently purchased a streamline 34ft pole with 14" surace cleaner. Its back breaking, really disapponted. Pole was £800 alone.

That is tough going,but it certainty removes the moss. Can i ask is this method 'severe' on th rooftiles with that amount of concentrated water on them & does it fade the tile colour??. Thks

No it doesn’t fade the tile colour.

If you really wanna get rid off the moss, try the anti-moss tape from homemerce! Once for all!

You using hot or cold wash, and what size is your mosmatic. Good job 👍

The pressure washer runs from a buffer tank that is constantly fed with a hose from the customers tap.👍🏼

$50,000 interior damage due to water penetration. Roof is clean tho

It depends on what you mean by softwash. There are a range of chemicals that could be used to treat a roof and potentially help prevent organic growth from returning so quickly. We usually prefer to clean using low pressure followed by a preventative treatment.
