I loved that, too, and he moved the items with care no matter what they were - even the dog poop! What a respectful person. I'd hire him just based on that.

He adds that labour into the price. For another additional fee, he will put it back after he has cleaned the paving.

@@FC-PeakVersatility I know the value of time and any charge would be justified. The home owners could always move their own belongings/junk out of the way or hire cheaper labour to do it, instead of paying the cleaning professional his higher rate for menial work.

It's like you read my mind at the start of the video. I saw all their stuff in the garden and thought "Tut tut, they could have atleast moved their stuff for him!". Didn't even think it might be someone who wasn't able to move it

Those stones look fantastic. Makes me wonder how well the walls would glow up after getting cleaned.

That was a nice cleanup on the door overhang. Glad the rest of the roof may be restored as well. I was thinking the stone might have been a grey and pink, rather than only one color. Don't think I've seen it before. Looks very nice cleaned. Thanks for pointing out some of the conditions you have to sort if it gets really cold.

I'd bet the owner gives a genuine sigh of relief when they walk out back now! LOVE it when you say someone is a repeat customer, especially when they've brought you to their NEW place with them! (you paying attention new neighbors?!) Yeah those are def pink stones. I think when people think 'pink' they don't understand it in correlation to natural stone colors. They imagine an unrealistic pink like something a little girls bedroom would be painted in or misunderstand it as a stone by thinking of something definite like Pink Quartz (it's a crystal y'all not a stone you would use for patio covering). Living in the desert for so many years it's easy to see the hues for me. Hues mean things in Nature and within such a delicate ecosystem as the desert, paying attention can matter. It's surprised me how much warm stone I see in the houses you work on, I always expected to see more grey stonework.

You're such a sweetie for being considerate about having to move things for the client ♥️

The little roof came up great. Certainly look a bit pink, great result you achieved there. 200k is coming fast!!! Well done.

Amazing transformation. In the farmyard video you said she was selling after her husband died, so I'm glad she has a new place with a now lovely patio to enjoy.

I was thinking the exact same thing. The patio after cleaning was gorgeous, but what a transformation to the front of the house with just that little bit of roof! Looking forward to seeing the rest of the roof being cleaned too. Can you imagine?!

Great job! I lived in a small house from the 1920's a while back and while digging in the side yard discovered an old brick walkway completely covered with dirt & grass! You just never know what neat things are under the surface.

Great job, Sid. Add a 2 foot stick of 1/2 inch pvc into your hypo bucket and stick the X Jet hose down through it to keep the hose inside the hypo bucket and prevent the hose from curling up inside the bucket.

man, I missed your vids. don't think I've caught any since October, with everything being buried in car repair thanks to a bad Jeep i needed tips for.

I wish you were closer to me to do my drive and patio. Your work (and work ethic) is very impressive.
