Remember this DOUGH RECIPE and you won't need anything else! Always perfect baking and bread!
This is one of my favorite and easiest dough recipes. It is suitable for both bread and pastries. Be sure to try it, you will like it.

Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm milk 200 ml
- Dry yeast 4 g (1 tsp)
- Sugar 2 tbsp.
1. Mix with a whisk
- Egg 1 pc.
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil 80 ml (6 tbsp)
2. Mix again with a whisk
- All-purpose wheat flour 450-500 g (add in parts)
3. Mix all ingredients with a spatula
4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
5. Place the dough on the table
6. Knead for 4-5 minutes, the dough should become smooth and not stick to your hands.
7. Watch the video until the end, I have important news for you!
8. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
9. Cover with a towel and leave for 50-55 minutes
10. The dough has risen well, look how nice and airy it is
11. Dough weight 825 g.
12. Roll the dough into a large ball
13. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
14. The dough has risen a little, you can work with it
15. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (20x27 cm).
16. Transfer to baking paper
17. Trim the edges like in the video
18. Form a frame from the remaining pieces of dough
19. Squeeze the jam (I used cherry)
20. Cut out a triangle and place it in the center of the frame
21. Have you already guessed what we are going to bake in the oven today?;)
22. Decorate with raisins
23. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20-23 minutes
24. Remove from the oven and place in the clearly visible place ;)
