❗1 Fluffy Bun Recipe (00:01-08:04):
400 ml warm milk.
4 tablespoons of sugar.
8 grams of dry yeast.
2 eggs.
80ml sunflower oil.
10 grams of baking powder.
700 grams of wheat flour.
½ teaspoon salt.
50 grams of butter.
1 egg yolk.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes.

600 grams of wheat flour.
400 ml warm milk.
4 tablespoons of sugar.
8 grams of dry yeast.
2 eggs.
80ml sunflower oil.

100 grams of wheat flour.
50 grams of butter.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes.

Add another 150 grams of wheat flour.
60 grams of butter.
1 egg yolk.

Bake at 160°C (325°F) for 17-20 minutes.

250 grams of flour.
Milk.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.

It's relaxing to watch you make bread or rolls. I've been making bread for my husband and grown family. My grandson is twenty and he's been making our Greek breads for Easter and Christmas. All six of my grandchildren have been taking on my recipes for Hollidays, as I'm 76 years young and I want them to carry on with our families recipes and traditions.
