Samoa Joe stealing from David Flair
Hello, my name is Benny Gordon and I actually work for a few wrestling companies in Colorado as a referee. A little after I started training, I started watching this series in mid 2022 and have been watching ever since. From that period all the way until October of 2023, I used to ref every Thursday, so I would be listening to new episodes of Reliving The War on the way to the company I work at which would get me even more excited to ref. This series even helped me answer a fellow wrestler's question about Goldust's shattered dream finisher. I just wanted to say my thank yous and give you the flowers you deserve for such an entertaining and well put together series.
After how heavy the OTE and Raw is Owen episodes where, we all needed that Dropkick
David Flair's matches are becoming my favourite part of Reliving the War

9:40 - David Flair channeling Neo from the Matrix with that dodge
I've just spent the last 5 minutes laughing at David Flairs no sell on that drop kick from el dandy. No wonder it kept getting replayed 😂
I absolutely went to the Nitro Grill. My grandparents lived in Vegas when I was a kid, and I cajoled my dad into taking me. I got the Macho Man Nachos and took a picture with one of Flair's robes. The waiters were dressed as referees and did not look happy to be there.
david flair the only man that can break wrestling bios professional attitude
The TV ratings battle likely wasn't addressed due to the circumstances of Raw Is Owen, but if anyone is curious, Raw jumped to a 7.2 this week and Nitro fell to a 3.1

I was at this Nitro. During the commercial break after Macho Man attacked Nash, Nash got on the mic and said "Hey Mach, $hits on", a little nod to what he did the next week.
I love the class you showed with covering the Owen stuff. You didn't have to do that but just the fact that you did shows that you aren't just a great KZreadr but a great person as well.
Mate I have been in tears at the drop kick section. “David Flair, you mad man” killed me 😂
Absolutely dying at Mr Perfect's rap remix 😂😂😂
The Curt Hennig rap is hilarious 😂
Hey man, I just want to say that this show is the highlight of my week. Life is pretty crappy in general and it’s nice to have something fun to look forward to. That David Flair match and your commentary were gold 😂
I’m busting out laughing watching the dandy flair match 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 we need more of these funny David flair moments wrestling bios great work man
The unedited Flair matches are rapidly becoming my favorite parts of RTW
RIP Owen. You are not a nugget.
Went to the Nitro Cafe in Vegas on a family vacation when I was about 10. I remember getting the "Goldberger"
Curt Hennig rap "song" is an instant classic. Had me busting my gut with laughter.
I love the way El Dandy looks at the ref after that dropkick.
17:00-17:40 Oh my God it's happening! The best storyline from 1999 WCW!
David "Just Stands" Flair. Absolute brilliance in that nickname.
These david flair match commentaries have me in tears 😂😂😂😂😂😂
i cant be the only one who's face lights up when the new reliving the war drops.... makes me feel like a teenager all over again. thank you for your amazing work on these.
That killed me "That dropkick doesn't work for me brother" 😅😅😂
The Curt Hennig bit absolutely creased me. That's excellent. 😂
Wow, David Flair was absolutely brutal. For all the focus on the dropkick spot, it's that drop toehold which absolutely slays me. 😂
David Flair has become my new favorite wrestler of all time thanks to this series.
8:59 David flairs face getting his face slapped before a match. I laughed to hard at that one 😂😂😂😂😂😂
This video took me 36 minutes to watch because I kept rewinding the David Flair match… Hilarious… I look forward to his match every week lmao
Had a rough few hours today due to stressful life stuff. Really needed this. Thanks Bios
I find it interesting that the new blood vs millionaires club (it’s technically not but hear me out) storyline or vibe I could say started all the way back in May 99. A reason I love this series is seeing things that happened way before it would eventually become huge or seeing the seeds of an idea lay that would eventually blossom.
Let's jam it up. I look forward to this every week
I've been watching you for years and I swear I've never laughed as hard at anything is that David Flair segment 😂😂
Just bought two shirts man! You are the best KZreadr. No drama, no hate, just love! Watch every video you ever make. Was hard to watch the last couple but I’ll support you since you are supporting a great cause. Love your community!
I had a horrible day, I'm sick, I can't stop puking...but Rappin' Curt Hennig and your unbridled joy from watching David Flair do what he calls wrestling gave me the strength to make it at least one more day.
Eric Bischoff himself said he visited the Grill and it was absolutely disgusting
Wow I really appreciate that everyone paid respect to Owen Hart that night.
To be fair, Dandy didn't make physical contact so David might have thought it was better to not sell the dropkick.

Finally caught up with the Best Series on the platform.. Thanks Wrestling Bios!
The Monday night of tears: Raw is Owen caused us tears of sorrow, David Flair's Nitro match caused us tears of laughter. Certainly what we needed after the heavy stuff recently.
God bless Curt Hennig. He was so damn funny. One of the few reasons why I was still watching WCW sporadically in 1999.
Best no-sell ever from David Flair! 😂🤣
Great job for the donations! Rest In Peace Owen Hart! ❤️🙏😢
I have a soft spot for this version of Randy Savage. I was at a nitro in June of this year and it was my k of time seeing the madness. He was still impressive in the ring at this stage of his career.

Finally all caught up! I can’t get enough of this jam up series thats had a chin lock on me since I started binging in December!
I did actually eat at the Nitro Grill. I remember the food being fine, nothing spectacular, but the restaurant was pretty much empty. This would have been 1999 or possibly 2000. Can’t remember much else except buying a Ric Flair pin for my uncle was a huge fan
Cant wait for a david flair compilation
Your David flair commentary always puts me in a good mood
That rap was amazing. No wonder they call him Mr. Perfect.
Wrestling Bios. The Wrestling goat on KZread 🐐 👑
I was able to eat at the Nitro Grill when I was younger. Its was fun. It was standard Hard Rock style food. They had past PPVs playing on TVs. Wish there were still places like it today.
I've fallen way behind so playing catch up thru the playlist. And the was the best way to do it considering what happened. Look forward to see how much you made for the foundation.
I liked the "Macho Madness" gimmick, was better than his previous and was inline with the attitude era.
I actually went to this show as it was my first-ever live event, WCW or WWF. From what I remember, the atmosphere felt very different after Owen's death the night before. In fact, whenever Sting came out to help Buff, he came through the crowd, instead of from the rafters like he usually did. Also, after Savage attacked Nash and covered his face with lipstick, he left to a chorus of boos. However, Big Sexy got back up and said something to the extent of 'If this is how you're going to play this, then sh*t's on.' While it wasn't the greatest wrestling show I've ever been to, it was my first and only WCW show, which made it memorable in that respect.
El Dandy dropkick to David Flair : Funniest thing ever. Erik Watts legendary Dropkick : *Hold my beer*
Macho man out there collapsing lungs from his elbow drop. DDP also said it hurt like hell. He definitely had the most devastating/best elbow drop of all time
Thank you so much for all you've done recently. Well done and much respect.
Really enjoyed this Nitro-only episode. This is around the time I started falling off with WCW, but at this point they had some storylines unfolding.
I had noticed some of macho man's elbow drops looked heavy. Not surprised someone got hurt. I was 100% watching raw by this point in 1999
THANK YOU WrestlingBios! The Raw is Owen episode was impossible to get through for me :) couldn't stop getting emotional. You're awesome for what you're doing
I am honestly a huggeeeeee fan of randy savage is this phase I love that he keeps putting lipstick on nash... he's just the madness he's crazy hahaha I laugh out loud for real when i saw savage do the lipstick again
Hennig rapping was amazing!
Macho Man was great at this time. I liked him having a harem. He was just about the only reason I still tuned in to WCW at this time
Best part of Thursdays! 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤
I’ve religiously watched your videos on Thursdays but a busy holiday season caused me to miss a few months. But on returning the first video I saw was the over the edge then the raw is Owen both had my grown ass crying… love your videos love your community.. thanx for being consistent in what you do
Loved the live reaction to the David Flair match, easily a new segment I'd love to see when applicable... I still miss those Chinlocks though, nothing will replace them.
Great content as always and, thanks for the laughs with the David Flair match much needed after reliving the Owen stuff and, the tragedy that happened here in Kansas city yesterday tookmy mind off stuff.
That David flair drop kick move had some Samoa joe vibes, just moving out of the way it’s brilliant
Awesome as always. Was at this show! Ah the good ol days.
The love for owen is still so real I remember hearing about it driving to school on thr radio monday morning here in Australia I just didn't know what or how to feel but I knew it wasn't fake because the Australian news didn't report on anything before this
David "Just Standing There...Menacingly" Flair 😂 If you can use the Patrick Star clip for that one man.
Omg that curt hennig rap has me spitting out my coffee. I needed a hearty laugh to start my day.
RIP Owen heart I love watching this series I wish it was more than one day a week I understand it’s a lot and I know you have other things to do but I appreciate you doing this thank you
