I was diagnosed with CML June 2023, I am taking Sprycel daily, my bcr/abl went from 60% down to 29% in 1.5 months. Constipation is a side effect from the medicine. Thank you for sharing this helpful information.

To check bcr abl again how it is work do they do bone marrow test again

Usually only one bone marrow is needed. After the first one, they just check the bcr abl with a blood test.

@@suryasindu The test is the bcr abl test or it is known as a PCR test for CML. I don't know too much about sokal score. According to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the sokal score is "based on the patient’s age, spleen size, platelet count and the percentage of blast cells circulating in the peripheral blood." It is used to rank the severity of the diagnosis and help with treatment options.
