HOW DO YOU REGROW YOUR HAIR NATURALLY?
In this video, Karen teaches you how to regrow your hair naturally. She uses an example of one her trichology clients who is dealing with female pattern alopecia. This is a hair loss disorder that effects 30 million women. Female pattern hair loss causes the hair follicle to miniaturize and hair becomes thinner and finer.
If treated early, the hair can be restored. One recommendation is to change the diet; incorporate more green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits from the earth into your diet; drink alkaline water, and exercise.

    Love this video ...this woman had very good results. I have female pattern baldness & CCCA. 2 conditions @ the same time. I'm changing my diet slowly. It's hard when I dont prepare ahead of time I find that's when I eat worse, because by that time I'm hungry & i cant wait to prepare food. I'm taking a host of vitamins & supplements. I'm practicing messaging the scalp bid for four mins, & I keep my scalp oiled with some good anti inflammatory oils. The gym just opened up yesterday so I will be incorporating exercising again soon. I'm on a topical steroid for inflammation. I use for 2 weeks & then 2 weeks off.

    Hello Leslie! Yes! If its in the very early stages and you are treating it, absolutely wear it out if you are comfortable. Wearing your natural hair out is always best, IF YOU ARE COMFORTABLE. I don't minimize the fact that wigs and other forms of coverage are best for some women. But keeping the clean and free is ideal for regrowth. I have been losing a LOT of hair in the last 8 months. I went from my hair almost flipping me in the shower when I dropped it out of hand to not feeling it at all when it swings fully soaked! I am at a loss (no pun intended but expected) I want to say it is stress because there is no shortage of that in my life right now. I don't have good insurance coverage or medical providers either as I went to the doctor and nope, all tests look good, not a thing wrong with me. No referral to a specialist was given. So here I am looking like that "my Precious" guy! I am going to cut all processed foods out. I have a gym membership that is going to waste because of my Miss Rona fears but I do get out and walk. Do you have any other recommendations for hair growth? I have been seeing some stuff about oils and onions and blah, blah, yucky stuff. Is that all hype and clog the pore? Or does it work?

  • @KarenofCurlHouse

    @KarenofCurlHouse

    4 жыл бұрын

    Rachel Andres Is there is a trichologist in your area I would recommend you seeing one. Stress can certainly cause hair loss. This type of hair loss is called telogen effluvium and it is typically corrected when the stressors are removed. Taking a good multi vitamin is helpful as well particularly if you are nutrient deficient, and of course eating Whole Foods (veggies and fruits) and cut back on processed foods. Topical products help as well as long as the underlying issue is addressed.

    If your hair loss is due to generational how can you restore your hair loss? Thank you for your help

  • @KarenofCurlHouse

    @KarenofCurlHouse

    2 жыл бұрын

    Hi Terries! Thank you for subscribing to my channel. Generational or genetic hair loss can be managed, or even restored, if its addressed early. That's the key -- early treatment! There are many ways to address this type of hair to include scalp therapies (ie., laser); proper nutrition and exercise, addressing other deficiencies within the body; topical product application of products etc. Treatment plans should be custom and vary from person to person, so these are general recommendations, but I recommend that you connect with your dermatologist or trichologist to develop something specifically for you. Hope this helps...

    Genetic alopecia may not be curable but it certainly is TREATABLE. And there are countless ways to treat it. Look up the Hair Max laserband/comb. This is one suggestion. The laser or light frequency helps to increase delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the follicle to promote hair growth, among other things. Steroid shots address any inflammation of the follicles, but there are natural herbs that work the same way. Stay tuned for the release of my updated website, www.curhouse.com for products and books that can help you as well. But if you can find a trichologist in your area, consider that option as well.
