The problems is there's too many toxic fans with zero football IQ. At the start of the season logical fans knew this will be a transitional inconsistent season where we will definitely not win the league and will struggle to get top 4 under any manager. A few wins some flip flop to keep Poch others have disliked Poch from the start so have been consistently vocal on Poch out irrespective of performance on field. I've seen development but moments of concentration lapses in the last few games that could cost us there's improvement but more to come if we stick with Poch.

We didn’t make a mistake selling CHO. Although he was sold for cheap a huge sell-on clause was inserted so if he becomes good enough to earn a move we will earn more from him.

Poch has spent a great amount of time with thus group of players, probably the first time ever in several seasons that a coach has been able to do so in Chelsea. And given the injury crisis, we have actually performed well. Save for a few games here and there, we have been playing good football, and our undoing has been not killing games in time and turning wins into draws. It would be a regressing move to dismiss Poch, just ti have another manager come in and start the whole process yet again.

In all honesty. Most fans have never played for an actual team, they don't know what a dressing room with a bunch of strangers feel like. They don't understand being young where you want to "enjoy" playing football but having all these annoying people pressuring you. All these players, every single one of them are extreme talents with very high ceilings, Poch is a great manager as well. I see complaints on "tactical intelligence" when in reality the players being immature, playing out of position, walking when should be tracking back, not playing with energy or confidence, not picking up spaces, ball watching, are really what the issue is, regardless of some silly mistakes the manager makes. How often do we see Enzo arriving late in the box like a 10 or winger (21 Pulisic) even when Gallagher is playing as the 10? Whilst he had some success doing so I still see this as playing out of position, I know a 8 or a 6 sitting on the edge of the box popping off a cracker shot or pass (Fabregas), and not making the attempt to be in on goal continuously (just a mere example of playing out of position). Give Pep this exact team, if they are making the same mistakes or playing the same as they "were" with the same behaviours it would've been the same outcome especially playing against teams who really want to "fight". Love the positive and non toxic attitude. POCH IN AND GIVE HIM AND THE KIDS TIME!.

Love your analysis, With you all the way on the team selection, except Mydryk, I do like him and I see he is slowly improving, but NF will scrap for this win and I don't think he is ready for the fight, just my opinion.

Do you not see the recent comments from the club and poch as PR? We all know the true fans are the match going fans, and they are generally motivated by results. But the online community and content creators are what this club judge our fanbase on. From my view I've seen all content creators since the 5-0 loss to Arsenal all calling for Poch to go. Even after a few good results after the narrative didn't change. Then it's leaked that the board demand Europa or poch sacked. And you all start backing poch! That stinks of PR to me. I can only speak for myself; i don’t see what other creators say, also I think they judge it off online fans, the content creators don’t have as much influence as you’d think I’ve admitted I’ve yo-yoed, it’s just hard to understand where the direction was. I was still pretty disappointed by the carabao cup final defeat, especially the manner of our performance Still, my opinions fluctuated, I’m not ashamed to admit that, I see the pros, Cons and respect the difficulties I’ve been prettt understanding for most parts of the season, that then dipped a bit after the cup final, my thinking was just, can Poch get the strategy right on the big occasions? If he managed situations better tactically at times, I feel we could have mitigated some of the lows this season The pressure after the arsenal game introduced the new system approach in the 2nd half and finally, a lot makes sense atm, a strong finish playing this way bodes well for him in the future
