Poor Juliet, though good for her for coming in for the interview for the extras, overall you wouldn’t know things weren’t working out as this is one of the best series

Hattie Hayridge was much better than Norman Lovett. When Holly returned in later series I was disappointed it was him & not her

Feel a bit bad for the director, although not knowing what POV means (which every teenage boy knows nowadays lol) and probably a loyalty to Ed Bye didn't help her. Still loved series 5 though some of my favourite episodes.

Having met Hattie in person, she's such a sweet person, Anyway series five is a psychologists dream. Incredibly well written and directed. One of the best.

British politeness is truly a thing I learned from watching these over the last couple of days.

Just like today, under-qualified people hired on projects they have no passion for.

Series 5 was the peak of Red dwarf. Some would argue series 6, some would say the original concept of 1 and 2 were the ultimate, some would argue that 3 and 4 were the best. I love all of them. Repeated viewings with friends of series 1 through 6 on VHS and I watched all with my brother when aired, lost interest after series 7.....

This is the first series I watched. When we were kids, my brother and I saw it randomly at the video store and hired it on a whim. Turned out to be one of our favourite shows of all time.

"CRAIG DON'T BUGGER ABOUT" made me laugh more than it should have, given the terror Robert was likely in at the time :D

Season 5 is easily one of my favorite seasons! It's so tough to jump into someone else shoes.

Series 5 is my favourite series and where I feel the show peaked.

The editing rlly makes the cast discussing 'the oil scene' hilarious, especially the jump from "made some heterosexuals feel a little interested" to "I would've shagged him"

There's very few of these types of extras worth watching, but these are always worth the cost of the disc alone. You have to LOL hard when Craig says 'we got a load more cash!!!' immediately followed by Doug 'actually, nope'. Bet you don't get interaction like this on the "Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps" DVD extras...!

I get the feeling there was a cliquey attitude on the set by this time, and they probably didn't give Juliet the time or respect they should have because she wasn't "one of the boys"
