I want to dedicate this video to my mother, who loves this Red bean Bun so much! This happens to be my favorite as well because it just tastes so wonderful. It is a simple recipe and is very easy to make. A must have recipe for your bread collection. Happy baking!
Make 15 buns
Ingredients:
480 g Bread Flour
120 g All-Purpose Flour
90 g Sugar
10 g Salt
20 g Milk Powder
4 teaspoons Instant Dry Yeast
1 Large Egg White
300 ml Cold water
60 g unsalted Butter, softened
Filling:
375 g Sweetened Red Bean Paste
Toppings:
Pinch of black sesame seeds

120 克 中筋麵粉
90 克 白糖
10 克 鹽
20 克 奶粉
4 茶匙 速發酵母粉
一個 雞蛋白
300 毫升冷水
60 克 無鹽牛油 (室溫)

紅豆沙 375克
裝飾:
黑芝麻少許

I tried this recipe and it's good. I kneaded the dough by hand and used homemade red bean paste. The finished product is soft and fluffy. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

new to bread making. Thank you for excellent clear Demo. Noticed you did not "punch" down dough after 1st proofing but instantly cut and divide dough equally. I read some bakers "punch' down dough to release air" before divide and cut. So is "punching" necessary? A little confused here.

Why need to combine bread flour and all purpose flour?Can i just use bread flour to do?

if i use milk rather than milk powder, do i need to adjust the water amount? how much water should i use?

Homemade breads doesn't have preservatives added, you can put them in the airtight container or Ziploc bag and keep them in the refrigerator.

當焗第1盤時,第2盤是否要用保鮮紙繼續蓋住等到要焗至掃蛋液?

Hi Cindy,第1盤焗到差不多的時候,第2盤可以打開保鮮紙掃蛋, 第1盤焗好拿出來,第2盤就可以入爐了。
