"MR. CLEAN MAGIC ERASERS" work very well on interior plastic. we buy and sell trucks. many of them are extremely dirty. my wife cleans the headliners with a microfiber rag and a degreaser. its amazing how clean she can get these trucks. nice job on the leather kit. very tedious job but well worth it. i have a couple dodge 3500 trucks as my daily drivers....great engines...not a fan of the truck itself but hard to beat a cummins for pulling and fuel economy. my shop truck is a 2011 with 511,000 miles on it right now and still going.

Agreed mine was so bad living in Az drying out the foam that I started seeing water drip onto my rear seats And it blew my brake light bulb. Used a hair dryer and dried everything up and thin clear silicone bead all around the light once installed and fixed for life. Just make sure you do a thin clean bead just in case you ever have to replace bulbs and razor blade it out

I work out of the detail shop at a car dealership. We use glass cleaner for pretty much all interior plastics (center console, door cards, etc). Spray it down and after a minute or two, wipe it off with a microfiber shammy. Sometimes it takes some elbow grease or plastic brush to get it perfect but it works well and smells good.

You think that your truck is bad but compared to the day that I grew up in, that is a rolls royce of rigs. I love what your doing with the truck. I was surprised to see the mud puddle on the floor from the dirt in the system. Must o been a pipeline truck. I bought one to find out that their practice was to just mount a temporary dash and seats/floor mats and dive them till time to put them back on the market and they would put the original stuff back in all clean and fresh .... but, get this, THEY never changed the pedals or the pads on them. I'm looking at them and they are all worn and off to the side where work boots just tore the shit out of them. I did replace them from a safety factor as your feet slipped on them. I figure that when I researched the truck that it was at a real four hundred thousand mark and not under fifty tho like sold as but you can't sue cause of the marketing that they deploy. You look and see a six digit odometer and assume it along with the interior looking sweet. Crap falls out of the dash that well just shouldn't be there. I did get what I paid for as the price reflected but it was far from newso just slammed new eng/trans in. Quicker than crying about it and I get a nice ride for well a good many driving miles that will if ever sold be told that it was what it was. Good video an no boring stretch and tear em and then cuss some more as we do but would never admit to. Keep em coming
