Ah, didn't know that! I just assumed it was a typo and it was meant to be bell due to the image. I still do think its a resistance based set though.

@@psychocop2481 Seeing as both Liberty Ladies are Martial Arts / Invulnerability Scrappers. It's entirely probable that it's a Resistance Set. This could be a continuation in the theme from the Synapse Agility Set introduced last Issue. It's likely this belt, and a bit of "States-blood" that enables them their electrical powers.

As I recall, they've able to modify the overworld maps some. Like the fall feel for Atlas Park back in the Halloween Event and the farmer's market. So it could be reasonably expected that they could add kiosks in the Isles? As I think Recluse in his philosophy of Social Darwinism, he'd let their egos be stroked by seeing how's the stomping order? A place to put them would be next to or near the Arbiter Trainers around the Isles. That's way it'd might detract the black masks from pounding the kiosks when they don't like the results with a couple disintegration drones hovering right there. Similar measures could be done Goldside aboveground for the Loyalists or maybe in front of the Praetorian Police Departments? As for the Resistance, there's the underground bases?
