  I made a Fighting pool Brute but almost made it with a Scrapper. I wasn't sure if a Scrappers Inherent Crit ability would proc enough to do good damage with Boxing, Kick and Crosspunch though.

  Most powers are 5%, so I am pretty sure fighting pool powers would fall within that 5%. Do fighting pool powers generate fury?

  You can always try Rebirth, seems to have a decent pop and great community.. I also end up doing a lot of PLs as of recently if starting over is too much of a concern. Anyway, glad you liked it!

  To that attract mechanic was added to Gravity Well for Warshades. Not sure what else has it but it's been a blast pulling mobs together to feast on with Eclipse and Mire

  As I recall, they've able to modify the overworld maps some. Like the fall feel for Atlas Park back in the Halloween Event and the farmer's market. So it could be reasonably expected that they could add kiosks in the Isles? As I think Recluse in his philosophy of Social Darwinism, he'd let their egos be stroked by seeing how's the stomping order? A place to put them would be next to or near the Arbiter Trainers around the Isles. That's way it'd might detract the black masks from pounding the kiosks when they don't like the results with a couple disintegration drones hovering right there. Similar measures could be done Goldside aboveground for the Loyalists or maybe in front of the Praetorian Police Departments? As for the Resistance, there's the underground bases?

  The naming of Liberty's Belt comes from the fact that Ms. Liberty in Atlas Park wears that artifact. So did her mother, Miss Liberty. As well as, her grandmother and wife of Statesman, Maiden Justice. This belt was a wedding gift that MJ received from The Furies. For a short answer...

  @@psychocop2481 Seeing as both Liberty Ladies are Martial Arts / Invulnerability Scrappers. It's entirely probable that it's a Resistance Set. This could be a continuation in the theme from the Synapse Agility Set introduced last Issue. It's likely this belt, and a bit of "States-blood" that enables them their electrical powers.

  I like how my comment about being excited for the update was included in your video but my critical, objective feedback of the server was called rude and brigaded by Rebirth players on the Reddit lmao. Great video, I liked the changes/additions from the issue a lot as well.

  Your comment was not included because your feedback had to do more with Rebirth as a whole rather than Ri5 (I wanted it to be more focused on the update on hand,; not trying to make it seem like no one said anything negative though). I think the reason people were upset was because you were dissuading players from trying out Rebirth (or any server but HC) due to population and that certainly doesn't help player numbers for smaller servers. Thanks for liking my video and I like the changes overall too!

I know the later comment isn't pertinent to your video lol you didn't need to include it. I simply was super excited for the update and unexpectedly seeing that comment in your vid got a laugh out of me due to what happened later. >(or any server but HC) due to population and that certainly doesn't help player numbers for smaller servers. It doesn't, and it sucks to say it because the devs have done a lot of good work, but it's a thread designed to give advice for new players. I recommend new players go to where the most players are. That's all it really comes down to, and that's typically a sentiment that is shared by players in, well, every MMO I've ever played. Best place to learn, grow, and socialize in an MMO is where the people are. It's sad but it is what it is.

  How is the population with Rebirth compared to Homecoming and Thunderspy. I want to give the Guardian AT a try but I'm just less inclined if there are not that many people to play with, as I do enjoy teaming up with others.

  They have different ideas on how the server should be run, so I doubt that server would be that great. Besides, Homecoming doesn't receive help from outside sources, while the Ourodev servers work with the other Ourodev servers, so to a certain extent, Rebirth and Tspy sort of do work together. Putting that aside, I see what you mean, I think they all provide updates I would like to see on one server.

  AE Farm used "fire on moon farm qtcop" (its pretty much the same as briggs, although this is the first fire farm i made, so briggs one could be better)

  @@psychocop2481 so I use my Fire/SS tank and it can take me a minute or 2 to take down bosses. If the map is full of minions and LTs it would be a major help for me. Any suggestions ?

  @@T_ONeil You want bosses too as it will yield more profit as bosses have a higher chance of dropping recipes (more recipes mean you will get more purples). That being said, if you cannot handle them yet, it would be better to disable bosses.

  Just moseying around. Dark armor may not have a taunt, but it's myriad of aoe dmg toggles will draw aggro.

  Sorry, I dont see it. You get 4 armors, 1 Heal, 1 DoT Toggle, 1 Rez, 1 Toggle that Fears (fear can cause enemies to run), and 1 toggle that disorients (only applies to minions and costs HP).

  When I played this game up until the final Vanilla WoW update, I played a regen scrapper with longsword called WeedWacker, and he was dressed as a pirate swashbuckler. I 2v2 PvP'd with a controller who maxed buffs to my hp regen and running speed. To say that we were unbeatable is an understatement. It's important to keep in mind that this is before the age of modern PC's where everyone has a dedicated graphics card, so he was able to literally kick people offline by boosting their run speed beyond their computer's capabilities... and me? Well, I was a regen scrapper. We couldn't be killed except by each other.

  Please Rank your opinion on primaries for blasters.. they all have to be / fire . what are the the top 3-4 primaries you would pick? not a strict farming only toon. but just one for farming. tf's . all content types.. thanks. i have a rad. fire in the works. gona proc bomb the rad aoes not sure if the -res procs will make it worth-while to be rad primary

  Hard to say, I know Fire reigns king in terms of balance. it does good damage in terms of both single target and AoE. Water Blast has really good AoE and suffers in ST (though the single target is not bad). Rad is fairly balanced in terms of having both good ST and AoE, but wont do as much damage as Fire. I dont know how good Psionic Blast is, and I have always considered it one of the worst, but from what I have heard, it has one of the best ST damage (I cannot verify). I guess anything can work, even things like Sonic Attack, which I consider the worst can work, but I would say some are better than others. Overall, Fire is the go to one if your looking for general content.

  Hey I made a scrapper with savage melee and dark armour is this a bad build ? I seem to get drained for endurance and get killed fast in farming what are the correct enhancements for this build or is this just a bad build ? Thanks

  Not a bad combination, Dark Armor consumes a lot of endurance. So I would suggest going for endurance reductions enhancements. You can get the power physical perfection too for some extra recovery. You can slot stamina and physical perfection with recovery enhancements, maybe 1 performance shifter: Chance for +End as well. You can try to invest in a Miracle +Recovery or Numina's Convalescents +Regen/+Recovery as that should boost recovery as well.

  I still think that scrappers need help, in my opinion a Brute can do more damage and tank as well, 5/10/15% crit chance is not enough to be honest. Brutes in general are way too OP, making Tankers and Scrappers feel redundant.

  Considering that scrappers do x1.15 melee damage, have crit, with 500% max damage, I think overall, it will outdps brute. That being said, brute certainly will outsurvive it, and brutes do quite well in damage, so I would agree that brutes are OP. Not sure where tankers fall into this, they have relatively low damage comparatively (at least based off live, which is what I am basing my research off of) Here is one of my sources that would also confirm my belief that scrappers will pull ahead in damage www.reddit.com/r/Cityofheroes/comments/caqiei/differences_between_brutes_and_scrappers_numbers/ Specifically this part: "At 500% damage (with a base damage of 68.82), Beheader on a Scrapper would deal 344.1 damage. At +775% damage (with a base damage of 41.71), a Brute's Beheader would deal 323.25 damage. Critical hits will allow the Scrapper to pull ahead further. " Hopefully you find that helpful.

  Think I changed it later on, after the footage was taken. I changed it as it was lower damage than Water Jet and didn't really heal all that much. It doesn't really matter what you choose between the two, you wont use either most of the time.

  Trying to theory craft damage monster. Was thinking ice melee fire aura scrapper. Ice patch into burn. Plus ice has two nice aoes. Thoughts?

  Its not a bad idea, (as in, I've thought about this before too), I don't know how effective ice patch is though. Like, I don't know if ice patch has a weak KD and I am not sure if its enhancable. It also may be worth taking into account cast times, which if its too long, may make it less desirable as the damage output could be increased on a different primary. As for the other AoEs, they are ok.

  @@psychocop2481 is there another secondary that you would recommend? Fire Def is the most agressive as far as damage. but leaves a lot to be desired for survivability. i know ice patch does wonders on minions n LT's. not entirely sure how it would effect bosses. i remember it being quite powerful.

  @@aaronhymes123 Fire is by far the best on damage, though it lacks survivability for defenses, and lacks a taunt aura for scrapper farming. I would say both Bio and Shields both give decent damage (not anywhere close to fire though) and good survivability, and a taunt aura to keep groups together. Ice/Fire does give you that benefit of keeping groups together through Ice Patch, assuming its actually good at KDing. Assuming Ice Patch does work on bosses, it probably would be a great way of boosting survivability as well.

  CORRECTIONS - Invulnerability also has a taunt aura - I did not mention that Shield Defenses and Super Reflexes have click mez protections as opposed to the toggle ones in other powersets

  not sure if you check this but i saw your post and thought i would share my mind here i think you are soft capped 45.95% all you have to do is activate stealth with the in combat surpress changes it should be adding 1.95 def in combat 3.90 def out //edit great build btw havent done a blaster as a farmer so wonder what they did to burn it used to have a fear effect sort of

  I just made my self a Rad/Fire Brute and just started farming at lvl 10... I'm lvl 14 atm. The main problem is that doing it with +0/+8 takes for ever since you only have one aoe and that's Blazing Aura. I started doing it with -1/+8 no boss's and its a lot faster. Plan to add boss's at 20 or so.. Also to any one that trying to use end game farming builds while low lvl don't try to follow it verbatim. You should focus on getting aoe's and abilities that will help you clear farms at a decent speed... You can also use your AE tickets to get Silver recipe roles since those will still be good through lvling... Thanks as always Qtcop for the videos.

  Consumes damage isn't very good, and I'm already using avalanche for something else. I'm basically using better AoEs at all times. That being said, if I ever did use it, I'd probably consider doing that if I hadn't used that set already.

  If you really wanna test your regeneration ability. Record a video of you soloing an AV like Battlemaiden, Silvermantis, Infernal, or Black Scorpion without using temps, inspirations, or having incarnate abilities active. It will let you know if your on point or lacking in some department.
