for the oxyclean: if you have a stain, before you wash it, mix dawn dish soap with a bit of the powder and let it sit on the stain for an hour works like a charm

I LOOOVE Chinese cucumber salad and I also make it with carrot sometimes. I highly recommend using asian black vinegar (not balsamic, but the asian one). When I am in the US I usually order all those asian ingredients on YAMI so they're like the authentic ones. I also love making a sesame paste dressing (kinda similar, but make sesame paste the base and don't use garlic).

u can try boil your marinated first ( soy sauce + water + sugar + vinegar ) then pour it over the veggies and left it sit outside at room temp overnight ! then pop into the fridge tmr morning! u gt urself a really nice n crunchy korean marinated cucumber or veggies ! this is super good ! hope u cn try it out
