Aldi has these roasted red pepper hummus individually packaged for single serve and they’re soooo good. They’re usually by the guacamole! They come in a 6 pack I usually eat them with their Parmesan and garlic pita chips or those pretzels

hey :) i wanna take a sec to come back to the comment section of this video after watching it last night cause it helped me so much ! i had spent a day completely consumed by my anxiety and it was so hard for me to get out of bed and do something else than just cry. and after spending the time that i needed feeling it all and letting it out, this video helped me so much. and it motivated me to get out of bed, journal, meditate and read. i am now taking today slow and doing all things i can to keep me healthy mentally. thanks for the motivation

As someone who reads a lot. One helpful advice for reading more books is audiobooks! If you have a library card you can sign up for libby without paying for books. I also believe you could read 50 books before the year ends!
